Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bulverde

Host was great. Home was perfect for our vacation. Close to everything we wanted to do and visit. Clean home, great backyard, the use of the garage was a bonus.

The house was nice, clean and as described. It was quiet and fit our family nicely! It was fun to see deer in the morning in the backyard.

Absolutely stunning!!! So peaceful and perfect!!! Everything was pristine!!! Spotless!! I cannot say enough great things about this place!!! I will most definitely be coming back every chance i am in SA!!! Thank you guys for everything! I was wonderful!!

Our kids loved the dedicated playroom, and the theater setup was a great bonus for family nights. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our family had a great Christmas at Michael’s home. Lots of stuff for the kiddos to do outside, and around the house. They even had Christmas decorations up for us. Very clean, and super nice host.

Great place with tons of character close to everything in San Antonio. Beautiful neighborhood in Alamo Heights. Taylor and Hi there were very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

We loved the area, close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The house was amazing plenty of room, not cluttered with furniture, but you did have everything you needed! It was super peaceful and relaxing.

My daughter, my sweet 9-yr-old grandboxer, Gertie, & I had the best spur of the moment getaway at this lovely lake house. We enjoyed it so much, we added an extra day! Gertie was just diagnosed with a serious heart condition, so physical activity is now limited. She can’t play like she wants/used to or even go for long walks. We have to get creative with ways to stimulate & entertain her, so this affected where we chose to stay. The huge main deck was the perfect, most peaceful & beautiful “giant playpen” for Gertie to enjoy the outdoors & make new friends with all the deer, squirrels & birds. She LOVED it! We did, too, & spent most of our time out there making priceless memories with our sweet girl. Everything is exactly as shown & described. We had easy, ongoing communication with both Marisol & Carmen. It felt like talking to kind, helpful neighbors. Thank you, Marisol, for your parting sweet message about Gertie. We hope to be back to make more memories w her. We LOVED our stay!❤️?

My husband and I stayed at Richie's place for six nights, and I can confidently say we would definitely stay there again! The location felt safe and was very walkable to many local eateries, including the Pearl District. The Riverwalk is literally right outside the building. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and the area, which made our visit to San Antonio even more enjoyable.

Wow! We loved our stay here so much! Josh and Amiee were so nice, responsive and helpful! They gave great instructions on getting here and also on all check in/check out procedures. Any questions we had, they replied almost immediately. We really needed a restful getaway and this was the perfect place. We loved the pool so much and enjoyed watching all the birds especially. The place was impeccably clean and welcoming! We slept great in the adjustable bed. We had 2 smart TVs to use and the biggest selection of DVD’s we’ve ever seen. The kitchen had everything you could think of and it was so helpful to have a washer/dryer to use. Did I mention the pool? AMAZING! We plan to come back again soon! Susanne went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I on a very short notice. The bungalow is a perfect stay for two, located few minutes from the Pearl area in San Antonio. We received a warm welcome with baked goods she prepared for us. Susanne literally will make you a better person while staying at her place. From the chicken coop to the recycling instructions she shows to care for not only her guests, but Mother Earth! We truly enjoyed our stay! Gracias Susanne! Book it yall.

by far Georgia was the best host ever so hospitable so friendly so proactive to tell me about restaurants nearby and things to do. she went out of her way to make homemade cookies to welcome her and proactively was attentive to our needs and wants. by far so clean so beautiful so peaceful I loved every little bit of the experience I had there with my daughter it truly was a beautiful experience very well worth it and we got to see deer around the property other animals on the other side of the fence it was just beautiful and breathtaking. I strongly advise and encourage people to enjoy themselves here and the bed is just comfortable like no other the bathroom Tip Top with anything you could possibly need super clean same for the kitchen sadly we were not able to take advantage of the hot tub but it was very beautiful.

This place is a gem! So quiet, peaceful and private! Every possible amenity was provided - if I had forgotten to pack anything I would have had no need to worry, the Compartment has it all. Hosts were extremely responsive and friendly; they gave us great dinner recommendations and were flexible with check-out. Watching the deer in the evenings is a must, and the deck has been recently updated to include a small pool which is perfect for taking a dip on a warm summer evening. My only regret was that I didn't book our stay for longer!

Very Clean and Hospitable Environment for San Antonio and The Property was Quiet and Clean

Nice and clean on the inside and outside space reminded me of back home in Jamaica, I sat outside under the tree ate a mango and enjoyed the shade. Host was responsive and provided lots of drinking water and small essentials I definitely recommend and would go back

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

Overall, a nice place. It was clean and well decorated. It's not too far from downtown and there are a lot of things to do in the area. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I would highly recommend staying there!

Great spot on the Comal River. Made it easy to float, and quickly get back to the Airbnb. Communication was good, and the place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Will stay there again in the future.

Loretta’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was clean, looked like the pictures, easy to find, perfect location with a 10 minute drive to float the river, live music & food a few minutes down the road, and we are very thankful that she hosted us on short notice. We would definitely stay here again.
