This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

“Ca Na Mar” is a cosy stone house in the old part of the village of Bunyola, at the base of the mountains of Serra de Tramuntana. Ideal location for hikers and cyclists. The house is located in a beautiful pedestrian street dating back to the Arab period (11th -13th Century AC). Only 3 minute walk to the village centre where you can have a drink or a meal at one of the local restaurants and bars at the plaza. Only 4 minute walk to the local supermarket. 20 min drive to Palma and Port de Sóller.

Cata is an outstanding host and the house matches the description. The central location is wonderful and the house is optimally equipped. A door to the second bedroom would be nice to have some privacy. There are many stairs and you should be mobile. All in all, a great place to stay!

Nice place with fair value for money. Everything was as described. Fast communication. Location great - 20 minutes to Palma and 20 minutes to Soller. We were 4 adults and 5 children and had enough space - only the kitchen is a bit small for so many people. Pool is great. We really had a nice time there.

Lovely house, splendid view, well equipped but patient required when taking a shower, due to the low water pressure We loved eating and drinking outside on the two terraces and the fabulous dining room with indoor grill. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful unique home on a large property with walking trails, pool and pool house, plenty outdoor seating areas, and much to see. Lots to enjoy on the property. The property is located a few minutes from Bunyola town square. Host was responsive and easy to communicate.

Lovely house with amazing views. There’s a large shaded terrace with a big table and then an uncovered balcony with two sunchairs. Place was clean and came with a designated parking spot. Recommend!
