The Art Nouveau Villa Sana, built in 1890, is surrounded by a park-like property with lots of greenery and tall trees. On the second floor are the 4 guest rooms with a shared, spacious bathroom with bathtub, ideal for a large family, for example. If necessary, another shower room on the 1st floor can be used, as can the large kitchen on the ground floor. The spacious property offers countless opportunities for barbecuing, playing and enjoying, as well as parking spaces with good access.

Adjacent to the house is 2 playgrounds for children within 5 minutes.  The A8 can be reached within 5 minutes, Legoland Günzburg in 15 minutes, Skylinepark in 45 minutes.
