Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

Lake Constance and Bregenz are only 30 minutes away, winter sports fun in Mellau-Damüls (30 min), Hochhäderich and Balderschwang (10 min). Located directly on the cross-country ski trail, the sustainably built straw house invites you to an authentic experience.

The apartment has underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, is spacious with state-of-the-art amenities and parking. Pretzel and roll delivery on request.

Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Nice apartment with mountain views

The apartment in the beautifully located Tiefenbach is not far from the Breitachklamm and Rohrmoos, idyllically situated between the mountains. The modern interior includes everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the Allgäu Alps. With fantastic views of the mountains, the day starts from the bed and ends relaxed on the cozy balcony, and if you want, also in the hanging swing. Whether on foot, by sled, with cross-country skis or by bike, you can start right at the house.

The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about a 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many attractions. e.g.: to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Great as stop Over. The airports Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich, Zurich are well connected to public transport.

In the heart of the Upper Allgäu is our quietly located 1-room apartment on the outskirts of the beer village of Rettenberg. The apartment was newly built and completed in early 2024. Whether hiking, cycling, swimming or skiing - our apartment offers the optimal starting point for any outdoor activity. There are also numerous ways to spend a nice time outside in nature in the immediate surroundings. Just walk out the door and up the mountain!

Our house is located directly at the foot of Grünten in Wagneritz, about 2 km from Rettenberg and is characterized by its rural and quiet location. Our apartment is located in the attic, is 68 sqm including wardrobe and balcony and can accommodate 2 people. The generous window front to the south, as well as a balcony to the west, provide plenty of light and offer a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.

Welcome to the beautiful Allgäu. Since 2019, we have been working with a lot of passion to give our centuries-old farm in the heart of Rettenberg a new charm. The wooden construction has created a pleasant living environment, which together with a modern, rural interior design creates a cozy ambience. A special highlight is the play barn for you and your children. There is something for everyone here :-)
