Entire, comfortable apartment for 1-6 persons in a historic building in the heart of the Bernese Old Town. Private bathroom. 10 minutes walk to Bern main train station, 5 minutes to Zytglogge and the Einsteinhaus; seconds to dozens of shops, restaurants and the Bernese night life, but also only 5 minutes to the Aare, or the famous Bear park. The apartment has 2 separate parts (see below for details). There is no elevator.

The cosy studio apartment is located in the heart of the Emmental on 1140 m ABS with a view over Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The farmhouse from the year 1850 which was renovated in 2019 lies in a quiet neighbourhoor above the sea of fog. The flat has a seperate entrance and a sheltered terrasse with a view over the Alps. The terrasse, which is alined to the south is shared.

The first-floor apartment is a 5-minute walk from the train station, absolutely central yet quietly located. My property, which was completely refurbished in summer 2016, is located on the south-facing "sunny side" of Grindelwald in a very quiet location and is well suited for couples and solo travelers. The village center of Grindelwald can be reached on foot in about 12 minutes.
