Fantastic mountain idyll, wonderful views of Hohe Göll, Watzmann, Kalter, Untersberg,..., all day sun, a sensational balcony. It was not for nothing that the opening sequence of "Sound of music" was filmed here...Bathroom, kitchen of high quality and new, equipment cozy and traditional. With solar and wood-burning heating, as well as new PV system, you live absolutely climate-neutral. Internet available , but slow. Chickens, sheep, cats, alpine pasture, children welcome, small playground, bullerbu on the mountains!

The attic apartment is very bright with views of the surrounding mountains. The old city centre can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. A parking area is available. Salzburg city can be reached in 20 minutes by subway. Many excursion destinations (Fuschlsee, Bluntautal, Schlenken..) are about 30 minutes away by car. Ski areas can be reached in about 30 to 60 minutes. (Werfen Weng, Zauchensee, Obertauern..) An ideal starting point for traditional Christmas markets, culture and sports.

Apartment Nesterl The way to the special apartment is a bit steep with 24%, but it is well worth it. The newly renovated and lovingly furnished holiday apartment is built with natural materials made of wood and stone. In the living area, a Sweden stove and the nature stone wall provide a special feel-good ambience. A well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with Italian tiles, rain shower and sauna are another highlight. Large outdoor area with garden seating and fantastic views.

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. The log cabin is esconced in nature, surrounded by forest and meadows. Also ideal for dog owners. A small guesthouse is nearby and can be used for breakfast. You'll love my place because of the healthy wood construction, tasteful kitchen-living room, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views, fresh air. My place is nice for couples.
