Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Kimberley House, Findhorn

Luxury retreat in Findhorn. The cottage comprises two double bedrooms on the ground floor, both en-suite, and a large open plan dining/living space and kitchen upstairs. The property is architecturally striking and has been designed and built by a local architect and finished to a very high standard including luxurious linens and toiletries. Retaining much of its original character the property makes an ideal base for a great Scottish holiday and exploring the quiet and unspoilt Moray coast.

Just a few steps away from the historic harbour in Burghead on the Moray Coast is ‘The Artist’s Studio’. Guests will have sole use of this charming, traditional cottage, with two double bedrooms, art studio with sofa bed, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom with shower, and garden. TV, Wi-Fi and a wood burning stove are all provided for guest use. The Harbour Inn is next door and a general store, a pharmacy and ‘The Bothy’ cafe/restaurant, are all within easy walking distance.

Ten minutes away from Elgin by car and on a hourly bus route to surrounding villages. Village has post office and well stocked Scot mid for groceries. Two pubs that offer good grub.
