Sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss des umgebauten Seitengebäude vom Bauernhof. Grosser Garten mit 2 Ponys an einem kleinen Bach. Wir produzieren Hackschnitzel für die Wärme auf dem Hof hier leben noch 20 Hühner mit täglich frischen Eiern, 4 Ziegen. Unser Hund Jule ist sehr lieb. Eine kleine Sauna und ein Schwimmbecken. Die Terrasse,Sitzecke, Feuerstelle im Garten kostenlos. Kosten für Sauna zusätzlich 15 € pro Saunagang für 2 Personen in Absprache vor Ort, oder zubuchbar ist spazieren mit den Pferden.

Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

The old building is quietly located directly in the central old town of Fulda near the cathedral, city castle, castle garden, city theater, etc. City tax of the city of Fulda is €2 per person per night.

We rent a beautiful 2 room apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the city center of Waechtersbach. The attic apartment was renovated a few years ago and impresses with a harmonious juxtaposition of old wooden beams and modern design with deep windows and a view of the greenery. The castle garden with the restored castle is opposite. The train connection is excellent (every 30 minutes to Frankfurt). Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Gründau is conveniently located to the A66 motorway between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and thus also connected to visiting surrounding attractions. For example, Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with their beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train runs to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails.
