A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Hello dear visitors! I rent my bungalow renovated in 2018 including a garden with a grill, fireplace and sun loungers. You are welcome to use everything. The rehab clinics can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, as well as the castle park ( 2 min.) In the village you will find restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream shop, as well as a pedal boat rental. The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

The loft is located in the city center of Helmstedt, about 25 minutes away from the VW factory in Wolfsburg. Entertainment offers the fully equipped cinema with PS5 and TV channels. The fully equipped kitchen offers many possibilities. Pets are an additional one-time fee of €25.

The old town of Tangermünde with all its sights, cafes, restaurants and shops is only a few minutes' walk away (about 400 m). In addition, you will find the harbor promenade, the Tangier and the Elbe wetlands in the immediate vicinity (about 300 m). Our apartment is the ideal base for exploring the old town of Tangermünde and the Elbe landscape.

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
