The only apartment in our house with full privacy. It's a newly renovated and fully equipped two bedroom apartment with a modern open-space design with a unique high wooden ceiling. The parking is free and located in front of your apartment. The apartment has 80 m2 which will ensure a very comfortable stay. It's located in a typical quiet Istrian village only 5 minutes drive from the beach and 5 minutes from the famous Aquapark Istralandia. The Quattro Terre MTB trail goes through the village.

You will step into a heart of Istria for a moment. The accommodation consists of two smaller houses, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a pool house with an additional sleeping gallery for two and one more bathroom. Accommodation capacity is up to 6 people and ideal for 4 people, for a family, two couples or friends. Heated pool. One house has two bedrooms with a capacity for two people each, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second house has one more kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping gallery.

On the first floor there is one air-conditioned double bedroom with satellite TV and private balcony that has view on the Umag-Buje street. There is also one double bedroom furnished with traditional furniture. In the air-conditioned attic there is a double bedroom with double bed.

It is located in the tiny and very quiet village of Gornji Picudo (8km from Umag and 6 km from the nearest beach) surrounded by forests, olive groves and large grass fields. Since the village is on a small hill you can enjoy a stunning view of the nature and the sea coast from the apartment.
