A first floor one bedroom flat . Own entrance , off road parking. (URL HIDDEN) Lounge with tv , freeview, dvd , wifi . Folding table with 2 chairs , sofa bed, chair . Kitchenette with microwave, kettle,toaster ,fridge. , equiped with all utensils crockery etc. Milk, tea, and coffee, provided for the first night.Bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Shower room with shaving point, hair dryer. This is a nice compact recently refurbished flat. Access by stairs .

Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.
