Apartment on the 1st floor. 2nd floor inhabited and given the nature of the building it is not mouse quiet.

Life as it used to be? FeWo Bo is a cozy, cozy 2-person apartment in Haus Luzi, an ancient half-timbered house, idyllic on the Rur and right in the middle of the picturesque old town of Monschau! Everything is crooked & lopsided and low! Back-to-basic, cozy chatter instead of beeps but with infrared sauna. Lovely to relax before you roll into the nice double bed. To wake up in the morning with (or by) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hectic and stress of everyday life!

The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. The apartment has an area of about 120 sqm and is furnished to a high standard. Last renovation in 2018. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 guests. On request, a crib and a highchair can be provided. The terrace at the back belongs to the apartment. There is a covered seating area as well as a ping-pong table. A charcoal grill is available. Children can also play in the garden.
