Located directly on the canal in the backyard is the loft apartment with a large terrace on the ground floor. A beach chair and a large table with chairs for working and eating allow an indoor and outdoor stay. The loft itself is atypical of Friedrichstadt. In an old workshop in the backyard, two charming, high-quality loft apartments were built in 2023. Underfloor heating and generous interior fittings offer everything loft lovers could wish for. Kayaks/SUPs are on site and included.

As a guest of our apartment, you have the opportunity to use the entire wellness (swimming pool and sauna) and fitness area in the hotel "Elbstrand", which is 2 minutes away, for a fee of EUR 25.00 per person per week or part thereof.

This bright apartment in absolute proximity to the beach is ideal for 2 people. It has a living/sleeping room with an open kitchen (fully equipped), shower room and south-facing balcony. In the house there is a swimming pool, sauna, fitness, table tennis and washing machine. The price includes a car parking space and 2 bicycle parking spaces. For sleeping, there is a niche with a bunk bed in the hallway and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, 2-burner stove, mini oven and microwave.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. Final cleaning (€45) and tourist tax are billed on site.
