The house is 124 m² and has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (both with shower and toilet, on the upper floor even with bathtub and sauna). On the first floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a spacious dining area and a living area with a fireplace. All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs. The attic invites you to play foosball or read a book. Outside, there is a furnished terrace on the first floor and a balcony on the second floor.

My 120 m² apartment (year of construction 2019) in a central location is the ideal place to relax after a mudflat hike or to enjoy the fresh North Sea air on one of the two spacious balconies. The modern apartment includes a large, Nordic-style living room with integrated kitchen. The dining table can accommodate the whole family. Two good beds and a cozy sofa bed offer sleeping places for four/five people. A crib and high chair are available for the little ones.

Welcome to - Apartment II: The apartment is located approx. 5 minutes' walk from the North Sea dike and the family lagoon. In the modern furnished attic apartment, with its south-facing terrace, you can spend the most beautiful time of the year. The living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area, the new kitchen with dishwasher as well as the bedroom with walk-in closet, TV, box spring and crib will please you just as much as the bathroom with shower and toilet.

We welcome couples who prefer separate bedrooms, students preparing for exams, girlfriends' vacations, participants in outpatient rehab or... The beach, the town center, the harbor and various shopping facilities are a few minutes' walk away (see below). The stop of the seasonal bathing train is very close by. Approx. 20 minutes to Büsum and the possibility by ferry to Heligoland (travel time approx. 2.5 hours), approx. 35 minutes to Husum or St. Peter-Ording, about 75 minutes to Hamburg, Kiel, or Flensburg.
