We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. Located a hop skip and a jump (literally) from lower Bidwell Park, Fox at the Park Airbnb is the perfect location to call your Chico home away from home. Walking distance to downtown, farmers market, shops and restaurants, you’ll feel right at home and have access to all of Chico’s main draws. Also nearby is Chico State University, and Enloe Hospital. Designed with guests in mind, 2 large bedrooms have comfortable beds and linens. An air mattress is provided for additional sleeping space.

The home is a block from Bidwell Park with swimming holes, hiking and playgrounds at our doorstep. It is a short drive/bike ride down Vallombrosa Avenue to the University and downtown Chico and is filled with books, musical instruments, and places to relax for families or couples/friends traveling together. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or out. Please contact host if interested in booking the backyard studio for an additional nightly cost.
