Zentral gelegen zwischen Schwarzwald, Bodensee ind Schweiz bietet der Aufenthalt unvergessliche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten mit dem Fahrrad, Auto oder zu Fuß, an. Die freundlich neu eingerichtete Wohnung mit Blick in den Hegau bietet auf ca. 65m² bis zu 3 Gästen Platz für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Im Bad ist eine behinderten gerechte Dusche, ein Pissoir und Fußbodenheizung.

Haus 1820 (EG)

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Ideal hiking and cycling paradise. Pure nature. Water sports in and on the Rhine (swimming, diving, paddling, etc.). Large parking right in front of the apartment. Long-term guests up to max. 3 months are also welcome. A place to stay that makes you feel really comfortable!

This apartment is comfortable and newly furnished, is 60 m² and is located in a quiet residential area on the southern slope of Gailingen. The apartment has a large living/bedroom which is extended to the south side with a terrace. The entrance, access to the terrace and the bathroom are at ground level and therefore also suitable for people with walking difficulties. The toilet seat is also elevated and the shower has no step.
