The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." Very nice apartment for rent in a quiet residential area centrally located in Butzbach City. The apartment is 10 minutes from the train station, and it is only a few minutes' walk to the city center with the historic market square and the Landgrafenschloss. There are some nice restaurants and a good cultural offer. Butzbach is right on the A5 and A45 and Frankfurt and Gießen can be reached quickly. The apartment is fully furnished and the terrace can be used.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals.
