Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

Nearby you will find Frafjord Sup and Kayak rental, a popular activity on the fjord. Månafossen and Byrkjedalstunet are also nearby tourist attractions. Det finnes mange fine badesteder og fiskemuligheter i nærheten, blant annet i vakre Frafjord. Månafossen og Gloppedalsura er også verdt et besøk. Leiligheten har kun ett soverom, men sovesofaen i stuen kan gjøres om til en 120x200 seng. En feltseng kan også settes inn på treningsrommet ved behov. Sengene er redd opp med sengetøy.

The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.
