About 2 minutes walk to the pond, 600m from the house is a supermarket. There are plenty of tourist attractions in the area - Eden center, Pernštejn castle, western town Šiklův mlýn, natural swimming, forests, and more.

Chalupa Tylda is a renovated historic homestead with a rich past. It originally served as the court of the bailiff Josef Hudec in Lhota Lísek. It offers three apartments with a capacity of up to 19 people, ideal for families, friends or corporate events. The common room with a jukebox, darts, table football and ping pong provides entertainment, while the outdoor seating with a barbecue grill provides a peaceful rest.
