I had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as advertised, and Carlos, the property manager, was always available to assist with anything needed to ensure a great experience. The location is also ideal, with restaurants and beautiful beaches just a short distance away.

From the location to the accomodations, Martina's house is spectacular. It comfortably fit our family of 8 and served as the perfect backdrop to a memorable family vacation! We struggled to find the house at first, since we arrived at night in pouring rain and poor visibility, but Apolinar was incredibly responsive and guided us to where we needed to be. So grateful for him! The location is safe and secure, steps away from the beach, and central to kite surfing schools, delicious restaurants, and more. The house is very comfortable and welcoming, WiFi was strong, and kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with thoughtful touches. We felt right at home. We highly recommend booking Martina's place!

Great place, close enough to walk to center of Cabarete but far away enough to be quiet at night.

The host was extremely professional. The house was exactly what is seen in the pictures. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have a fun and peaceful vacation.

This location is absolutely amazing has everything you might need in this a perfect place. If you're interested in kite surfing enjoying the beach or spending time in cabarete. I highly recommend this location. I have stayed there several times and I will stay there in the future.

Amazing stay and very private. Beautiful place to spend a few days enjoying Cabarete. The house looks beautiful, and the host was super nice helping us out with many things. It is the best kept secret of Perla Marina, you can still enjoy the buzzing life of cabarete and retreat to a private oasis afterwards. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay! Steve, our host, was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our needs, even helping us with transportation. The Airbnb was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and welcoming. One of the highlights was the beach club restaurant; we loved it so much that we ended up visiting three days in a row. The food was absolutely incredible, and the service was top-notch. The place felt very safe, which was very important to us. The staff who cleaned the house were friendly and took great care of the space. They even made one of the best banana breads I've ever had! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We've stayed at this complex several times before so we knew what to expect, but first time to this unit. Thought we'd treat ourselves getting the front ocean front unit and we were not disappointed! Super clean, well equipped, wifi was reliable, mini splits in the bedrooms were great and kept us cool at night - we had the doors open all day making the most of that Cabarete breeze. Beds were comfy, towels were clean and soft, kitchen had everything we needed, freezer froze ice trays super fast - it was perfect! And the staff at the complex areaways super nice, some recognized us from previous visits which is always nice :-) We'll be back!

Excellent host I couldn’t ask for more. I couldn’t believe the unbelievable service they gave us. We were a little lost at first because I wasn’t having Internet and they came out and met us at the property. She also gave me a chart to re-tray and a free fruit basket that was beautiful. The apartment smelled excellent. Everything was beautiful. Everything looked new. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Posito ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt viele hilfreiche Tipps. Ein sehr netter Mensch. Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Wohnung auch. Das Bett lässt keine Wünsche übrig und es ist alles vorhanden.

El apartamento está en el centro de encuentro, muy cerca de algunos restaurantes, gimnasio y playa para surfear. Communication con Ralph estaba tan fácil y muy flexible. Gracias por todo y volveré cien por cien!

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien ordenado al momento de llegar. Tenia todo lo necesario para el dia a dia. Los ventiladores funcionaron bastante bien para poder dormir con una temperatura comoda. El wifi funciono muy bien, cosa que era muy importante para mi ya que trabajo remoto.

Seawinds is in a fantastic spot, and Luis’s unit had everything we could have possibly needed. Having come from winter, we truly appreciated the delightful ocean view and breeze. It was a slice of heaven! We were also grateful for how seamless it was to communicate with Luis. He was incredibly accommodating, and was able to align check-in and check-out times with our flight schedules.

Breath taking views!! Comfortable place…. You can hear the sound of the ocean, big patio area… The views is amazing!! Communication with Janet was fast and easy, responsive. Wish we stayed longer.

Lindísimo el departamento, una vista a la bahía espectacular. Lindísima terraza. Todo excelentemente equipado y de buen gusto. El anfitrión super disponible para todo, incluso ofrece hacer algunas compras de supermercado previas a la llegada para que tengas ya disponible todo. El complejo super seguro, muy bien mantenido, limpio, tranquilo, impecable, muy bien ubicado. Fuimos a practicar wingfoil y el lugar de la bahía es ideal para eso, muy cerca de una escuela espectacular que se llama Gow, así que comodísimo todo, porque si llevas tus equipos en la escuela podés dejar ahí todo. Está muy cerca de varios restaurants a los que podes llegar caminando por la playa. No se necesita para nada auto. Enfrente del complejo también hay un supermercado Janets increíble, tenes todo ahí. Sin dudas volvería, es un departamento espectacular. Ah! y cerca de la Iglesia de Guadalupe también. Para tener en cuenta: algunos turistas quizás no están como para subir 3 pisos por escalera, ojo con eso.

Nice little studio sized condo in Cabarate, very close to the beach where all the action is in. Quiet at night. Good A/C and everything you would need. I was there for a month and I would recommend. One little downside is there was no hot water for my stay. I would recommend double checking with the owner to make sure this has been remedied unless you don't mind taking cold showers. Maybe it improved my health as a bonus!

I cannot thank Babette and Chepe enough for having me to stay at the studio. They went above and beyond in SO many ways. It was honestly the absolute best experience I've had staying anywhere. They are the ultimate hosts! I had a health emergency while I was there, and Babette was so unbelievably kind and generous with her time - both helping me but also checking in afterwards. I can't thank her enough for this - especially as I was on my own. The studio itself is absolutely gorgeous (I had to force myself to leave and explore!). They really have thought of absolutely everything, and the attention to detail is amazing. The beds are so comfortable, and it is just a wonderful place to spend time. The walk to various beaches and shops is so easy and enjoyable. The surf boards from Chepe are fantastic and it's such a lovely group to visit on the beach too! Cannot thank them enough and would recommend this to anyone! I wouldn't stay anywhere else and can't wait to return!
