Un piacevole salone con sofa' ampio, incorporato alla zona cucina, semplice e arredata di tutto il necessario. Nel soggiorno sono presenti due divani, la TV e clima . Il bagno è grande e luminoso dotato anch'esso di clima . All'esterno un ampio giardino fiorito con tavolo e spazio per parcheggio moto .
