My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here whilst in Ft. Collins. Wonderful Airbnb experience!

We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the views of the lake with the fire table. The apple tree was a plus with very delicious apples. From the primary bedroom there was a terrific view of the sunrise. Roberto was very responsive and helpful. Neighbor downstairs was very friendly and nice to chat with on the pier.

Amazing house to rent to visit your kids at CSU. Walk to the stadium. House was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Will absolutely rent again!!

They had everything you could possibly need, and if you forgot something, they had it available for you. Great people, great house, great scenery, very comfortable beds. 10 out of 10

My family & I met here for Christmas. The home was so peaceful & quiet, although it was a bit hard to find the first time in the dark. It was worth it! The kids loved the hot tub, & the area had lots of fun things to explore! Thanks, Robert for your part in our great Christmas!

Kevin’s house was great for a large group. We all had the space we needed as did the dogs.

We had a pleasant stay at Liz and Steven’s place! The home was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described, with a great location that made exploring the area easy. Liz and Steven were clearly dedicated to ensuring guests have a smooth experience, providing detailed house rules and frequent communication to keep everything on track. While we appreciated the thoroughness, the volume of messages prior to our stay and the highly specific guidelines felt a bit overwhelming at times. A more concise summary of key rules or fewer check-ins might make the experience even more relaxing for future guests. That said, Liz and Steven were responsive and clearly cares deeply about their property and guests’ comfort. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others looking for a well-maintained home with a host who goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our stay at Pat’s cabin was lovely! We stayed with our two kids (ages 12 & 15) for 6 days, and we had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the hot tub was great. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc. The cabin was exactly as it was listed. We enjoyed seeing the deer everyday in our yard. The games in the cabin were a fun bonus as well as the bikes, pool, and other amenities at the Murphy Resort. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

A stay at Anne's is like stepping back through different layers of time. The house itself is old, a true authentic miner's mountain cabin! It felt like a stay at Grandma's - cozy, quiet, and antique - yet with modern amenities. A fully equipped kitchen for those seeking to cook. Most of our time was spent either outside in the beautiful and peaceful yard by the creek, or inside on the window bench seat. The bed was very comfortable too! We had two dogs with us, and they enjoyed it also. We tried out the hike nearby and it was perfect with how close it is to the cabin. To get a full understanding of what you are renting you should recognize this is not a commercial sanitized rental operated by a company! This is truly like staying at a grandparents cabin, with it's own quirks and charm. The previous reviews all do a good job describing the area and the house - windy roads, cyclists, nature, and all else that comes with a trip to the mountains of Boulder. We loved our stay!

This location was absolutely gorgeous! It was hard to tell where the actual entrance was because it was around the back, but besides that it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Definitely considering coming back again soon!

We were so pleased with how well-stocked your place was with all the little details a traveler might need, from kitchen spices and sauces, to board games and good books. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it was amazingly quiet at night even though it's on a thoroughfare. It felt very private and peaceful. We will definitely book this spot every time we visit Fort Collins.

This apartment was central to all the activities we planned. Several good restaurants within 4 blocks. The bedroom was quiet, black out curtains ensured it was dark for sleeping, bed very comfortable. Kitchen had basics which served our breakfast and lunch needs. We are dinner out all nights. Will definitely stay again when we are back

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We used this as a "home base" for exploring RMNP and surrounding area. Perfect to accommodate family of 5 with three adult children for a quick Mother's Day trip.

We are thrilled to find this beautiful place right in our local neighborhood. Our condo is small and we plan to have many visitors so will definitely be booking stays at Yvette's for friends and family. Almost hesitant to recommend so highly for fear they will be all booked up.

Julian’s place is an absolute gem for those seeking to be surrounded by a peaceful environment. It’s close enough to Boulder center while being out of the hustle and bustled it’s also connected to wonderful biking trails. I would definitely stay again.

The house is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, yet convenient to CU Boulder. There were all amenities of home in the well stocked kitchen. The living spaces were nicely decorated. The rooms were comfortable and tidy. The backyard is an absolute gem, serene, beautifully maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Lisi was most responsive and gave precise instructions for our stay. I would happily stay here again.

Phenomenal place for those looking to visit places like boulder or golden and avoid the hassle of the town

This was a fantastic property with a great location right by the mountains. Nice access to Longmont and Boulder. Really super clean, the most comfortable beds EVER encountered on the road, and the AC is fantastic during summer heat waves. Pool and diving board were great! Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

The condo was very comfortable and conveniently located. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked. I would recommend!
