Great penthouse in the most historic part of Cádiz, set over the Roman Amphitheatre and only 100m from the Cathedral. It comes with its own terrace with a hot tub and outdoor seating, perfect to chill out. We also offer two scooters that you can use to travel around the city. There’s an open plan kitchen with all the appliances, living room with TV, Wi-fi and dining area leading directly onto the terrace. There are 2 bedrooms with double bed each and a bathroom with a shower. A/C in all rooms.

Es un espacio diáfano bellamente decorado y completamente equipado. Está situado en primera planta con ascesor y cuenta con una terraza amueblada de 20 m2 bajo los soportales del patio en planta baja. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y el silencio en un edificio histórico.

This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

Die zur Hausgemeinschaft gehörende Dachterrasse liegt nur wenige Treppenstufen über der Wohnung und kann von unseren Gästen jederzeit gerne genutzt werden. Builded by General Sánchez Mira, former Governor of Cuba when it was part of the Spanish Crown. It has 6 double bedrooms, each one with his own bathroom, four of them in suite, hall, two sitting rooms, dinning room, two different kitchens,main saloon, library, meeting room, court-yard with indoors swimming pool, garden, garage for 3/4 medium cars, etc.
