Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Caelian Hill

Loved staying here, we were visiting friends who live in Trastevere so super close to them. But also to down town about a 15 min walk. Great cafes near for your morning coffee and croissants. Unique how they turned an apartment into a hotel. We never heard any of the other guests, just ran into them in the hallway one day. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend if you are looking to get away from the touristy central Rome, Trastevere is one of the cooler neighborhoods!

Super BnB und der Host gibt super Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir waren in einer traumhaften Pizzarria und konnten den Abend mit einem sehr leckeren Bier in einer naheliegenden Kneipe ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und ist optimal, falls man einen Schlafplatz braucht, der eine gute Anbindung in die Stadt benötigt und preiswert sein soll.

Finding any kind of decent accommodation in Rome is on the expensive side in my opinion. With that out of the way I would definitely say that this stay was worth the money. The area is very nice. Not too noisy, some restaurants and nice surroundings in general. The room is nice and clean, and has what is needed. The air conditioning is in very good condition. The shower delivers both hot and cold water consistently. The kitchen is good enough to make small meals if you need. Daily cleaning is also available if needed. The apartment is within 20-30 minutes walking distance of most of what you would want to do/see. However very close to the Vatican. The check in was easy and with good communication from the host. The host was also flexible with check in time, very nice :) For the price point compared to other rooms/hotels in Rome, this place is definitely recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jennifer's. The place was clean, it had everything I could think of: Washer, Iron, Iron board. Extra towels. I felt at home. I enjoyed the location. Close to Termini station but not in the heart of the touristic area.

Daniel was such a great host. He was flexible with our check-in when we arrived early and provided clear instructions for checking in and out. This is a beautiful apartment that is located next to the Metro, the Vatican, and a variety of restaurants and shops. Definitely would stay here again when we come back!

Nous avons trouvé le logement en copie conforme des photos. Nous avons apprécié sa situation géographique, sa facilite d accès, à pieds, en bus, en métro, nous avons apprécié sa configuration. Nous avons apprécié son calme (aucun bruit externe), nous avons apprécié la propreté, les attentions, l arrivée et le départ autonome qui permet d avoir moins de pression horaire. Notre séjour à Rome du 27 sept au 1er octobre était parfait. L accueil et l accompagnement de home and more l était tout autant. Il est évident que nous recommandons ce logement et que nous le reprendrons si nous revenons à Rome !

everything was great and as expected location was excellent. There was an issue with the drain—it would fill up with water after taking a shower.

Rita's place is situated in a building which combines old and new, very fashionable and cosy adorned, with a big terrase. It is situated near the city's old wall, accesible by bus from city center and at 5 minutes of walking from Villa Borghese. The appartement is large, with a living and kitchen downstairs and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs, which I think is very intimate and romantic. The kitchen has a big fridge and a microwave. Although we arrived late in the evening, Rita made all the arrangements and the check-in was very easy, because the property has a permanent check-desk, with very kind people. In the first night there was a problem with the lightening in the bathroom, but we spoke at the check-desk and the next day Rita made it fixed. It was a pleasure to stay at Rita's and I hope next time we'll visit Rome will stay again at her place.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely flat! The apartment was beautifully designed and very thoughtfully laid out everything felt convenient and easy also very secure. The location was excellent too, with the tram stop just minutes away, making it super simple to get into the city centre. There were also shops just down the street, which was really handy. On top of that, the customer service was fantastic—quick, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!

My partner and I enjoyed a two week stay here. Very friendly pick up service from the train station by the host and was welcomed in to our apartment which was extremely clean (felt brand new, from the cleanliness to the furniture and silver wear). Host was responsive whenever we had any queries and the area is peaceful and nice to walk around with plenty of nature. We’re definitely coming back here! Thank you Luca!

Very nice apartment in an excellent location. Two of the things that stood above the rest: the convenience of the in-unit washing machine and the high quality of the mattress and the bedding. It was one of the most comfortable beds ever!

The apartment was perfect for our short stay, beautifully decorated and well equipped and in a wonderful location with high end shopping, cafes, restaurants and historic sites including the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain nearby. Also, Allegra and her team of support were amazing with recommendations for restaurants, shopping and transport services. This apartment is highly recommended!

What an amazing location. Two minutes from Roma Termini with so many options for transportation—train, buses, tram. The location was perfect to enjoy a quiet night but close enough by transport to other parts of the city. Communication was perfect and the host was continuously responding back to us. Finding the place was so easy. The area is so quiet and the bed is so comfortable. The room if big enough for two people and the bathroom is big enough to be comfortable moving around. There are a washing and drying machine available in the last floor that are super clean. The facility is so clean and the room was pristine. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back again. There was an elevator also, which is definitely plus!
