Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Caelian Hill

I almost don’t want to rave too much about this place because I want it to be available when I book it again. It’s that amazing! Iacopo is probably the best and nicest host I’ve ever met. He’s a sincere and generous hearted person who also believes in A+ hospitality. This place is in the southern part of Trastevere but the transport system (SO easy to use) gets u into town so quickly. Rome is over-touristed these days but a place like this lets you get away from the hordes. Can’t wait to come back!

This stay was super comfortable and the apartment was beautiful. I was able to make meals some evenings in the kitchen, enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and sunlight in the apartment and walk to a grocery store nearby, walk to plenty of sightseeing and relax. What an amazing stay and great host! Thank you!!

Absolutely loved the location, close enough to walk everywhere but out of the main hustle & bustle. Restaurants & best little Jewish bakery on the street right outside. Having own kitchen meant we didn’t have to eat out every night which was good as we were exhausted after some big days exploring. David was a great communicator and also provided information for restaurants when asked & checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again. Great location. Walkable to the Coliseum. Stefania met us at the bus stop and left written recommendations for a local grocery store, bakery and restaurant. Great place overall. Elevator was appreciated.

Great place to stay with two couples - easy access to all the tourist spots but equally great location to see how the Rome population live. Luxury feel to the accommodation. Highly recommend . Nino is a super host and keen for our stay to be great ! …. And it was !

Spacious and well equipped apartment, large private outside yard, looked just like the pictures, check in was very easy, bus stop outside front door and taxi rank a few metres away 15-20 mins walk to metro but lots to see en route (St Peter’s and/or Castel Saint Angelo) 15-20 mins walk to Trastavere

Loved our stay at Margrethe's amazing flat with views, style and peace of mind. Felt lucky to stay there with such incredible aspects over both sides of Trastevere. Street is very busy downstairs but double glazing worked a treat. Balcony delightful in the evening. Cobblestone tricky for those not use to them in this part of Trastevere. Lift never failed us and was necessary too so no problems at all with that. AC good too. Amazing thank you Kate and Stephen

To meet Fabio is to be embraced by Rome. He’s truly a life-force and went out of his way to personally check us in and out of the apartment. The location is ideal- blocks away from Piazza Navona, St Peter’s and a host of other 5 Star places. The neighborhood is stocked w nice restaurants, a great bakery and a small market. All literally 1 min from the front door. The apt has spacious ceilings and is simply and modestly decorated albeit in a classically older building. What else do you expect in a city with the history of Rome? Nice, large bathroom and comfortable bed. What elevates it all is the uniquely kind-hearted Fabio who within 3 minutes you’re made to feel as if he’s been a life-long friend. For convenience, comfort and the chance to meet Fabio our highest recommendation.

Beautiful place in a lovely peaceful part of Rome. Amazing garden. Paolo and Claudio were great hosts too.

Daniela hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns direkt einige Tipps gegeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dieses ist aber mit der Metro (ca. 15 Minuten Bahnfahrt) gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Bei warmen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage ein echter Pluspunkt. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Rom.

Un grand merci à Elvin et son amie pour leur accueil exceptionnel ! Ce sont des hôtes adorables, attentionnés! Elvin d’avantage, c’est merveilleusement bien occupé de nous, il nous as énormément facilité la tâche sur beaucoup de chose, et toujours disponibles si besoin. On s’est sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Le logement est charmant, propre et parfaitement conforme à la description. Une vraie belle rencontre et une adresse qu’on garde précieusement ! C’est sûr, nous reviendrons et cette fois ci avec notre fille ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans l’appartement de Nadia, ce dernier était d’une propreté et fonctionnalité sans faille. Nadia nous a chaleureusement accueillis et a pris le temps de nous présenter les lieux à visiter ainsi que les bonnes adresses. Elle était disponible et réactive pour le moindre soucis. L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal pour les personnes qui recherchent le calme, la tranquillité mais à la fois la proximité au centre ville. En résumé, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement. L’appartement est calme et joliment décoré. La localisation est très pratique pour visiter la ville sans être dans le centre touristique. Et merci à Sara pour sa disponibilité.

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

Laura’s place was perfect! The pictures to find the entrance were very helpful. We had a little trouble with the apartment door lock (but we were very tired). Laura had a crib for our baby and it was all made up with the sweetest little sheets. The bathtub was amazing since we were so hot when we arrived, we were able to have a cool bath for our daughter. Everything was very tidy and clean. Laura’s instructions and suggestions were easy to follow. It was nice we could also do a little laundry. We were just staying one night on our way to Florence but wished we could stay longer. The apartment was easy to get to from the metro by walking. We highly recommend Laura’s place!

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Super schönes Apartment und tolle Kommunikation. Total nette und liebe Gastgeberinnen. Alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Man kommt überall zu Fuß hin, zum Kolloseum sogar in unter 10 Minuten. Auch die Tipps und Empfehlungen waren alle super. Danke!!

Minha estadia foi excelente! Perto de todos os pontos turísticos, perto do metrô, muitos restaurantes no entorno. Se você vier à Roma, FIQUE NESTE APARTAMENTO!

Appartement très bien situé, notamment pour ce qui est des transports en commun : bus, tram, métro. On est dans le centre en moins d une demi heure. De plus accès direct a l aeroport par le train regional dont la gare Ostiense est a 10 mn a pied. Supermarché très pratique quasiment au pied de l immeuble, ce qui est bien appréciable egalement. S il y avait un seul point négatif ce serait le bruit, non dans l immeuble mais autour. Ceci dit on s y habitue et ce n estvpas vraiment genant . L appartement est agreable, bien équipé. De petites attentions, comme les produits d hygiene qui sont fournis, des bouteilles d eau fraiche au frigo a notre arrivee... Livia a été très reactive, nous a laissé entrer dès que le menage a été terminé, et surtout rester le jour du depart plus longtemps, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de notre derniere matinee sans nos bagages... Merci pour tout et bonne continuation.

Fabulous stay in this beautiful apartment. Nice & close to the sites we wanted to see but far enough away that we didn’t feel it was overcrowded. Amazing bakery a few doors up ‘Molino’ & the best gelato across the road at ‘Terra’. Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.
