Overall great house for long staycation

Communication was seamless! The host ( Maam Sahlie) was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. She makes sure that we are comfortable in out stay especially to sleeping. Impressed by the attention to detail! Maam Sahlie stocked the kitchen with essentials, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I was amazed with her Honesty Store, everything you need like the basic need in the kitchen was there. Parking was an issue, because there is a neighbor there who claimed the parking spot for Maam Sahlie's place, I know its beyond her control. It is just not convenient that we park the car not in her are but overall, I love the place, so clean and organized. I will definitely book again in your place when we will visit again in CDO. Thank you Maam.

Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host, Mer was also very responsive and accommodating, and Ms. Ann the caretaker was there ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home. We’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

Kuya King is so accommodating even though he was not present during that time. He answers my call right away without any delay. The place is so cool, fit for family vacation. We had so much time and we enjoyed the area so much. Thank you so much kuya king!!

It was a great and nice place very clean

The unit is clean and comfy. The location is great if you want to stroll to their malls since it is just a walking distance from their place. The host/owner is super considerate and understanding especially in our request to extend our time of stay. Easy to talk to.

The place was cool and chill, had everything we needed inside, the shower had a heater which is always nice. Perfect for a couples staycation. Nice pool too.

Anne’s place was our home for almost 2 weeks! I had the best stay in CDO, the host is very responsive and provided everything I could possibly need, very clean, great working wifi and A/C , the location is great, it’s very safe and walking distance to everything. I had the best value for my buck! I will definitely stay here again. And aside from the proximity to SM Mall which has tons of good restaurants , our favorite restaurant nearby is Fat Chef, Sharmaine’s for really good cake and H Proper for Coffee. And also wanna add Pueblo Business park’s The Social Food Club to hangout late night for some snacks and good coffee!

Staying in at Pearl’s place was favorable for me since my school is in Liceo and I needed a place to stay for the meantime, so it was really near. The place could be really improved like addition of important gadgets like a microwave, putting some additional sheet or bed just incase. Then improve the pin for the door since the combination is very generic. Nevertheless, I think these factors can br adjusted and improved. So I will still say that I can visit her place again. Pearl is not easy to communicate here in the app too since she’s in Canada but she tries her best to meet halfway. Like communicating in the green app instead and compensating for the hassle. I respect her professionalism.

My friends and I had a great stay at Thea's place! I loved how simple and minimalist the space was. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with free disposable slippers, a hygiene kit (toothbrush, soap, and toothpaste), and even free coffee! Thea's check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. My friends especially enjoyed taking pictures on the balcony. The city view is beautiful both in the morning and at night. The location is also super convenient. It’s walking distance to the mall and food parks, and you won’t have to worry about where to eat because right below the condo, there’s a convenience store and several food spots like Chingkeetea, Sharmaine’s, and Husband & Wife. Overall, our stay was amazing! I’ll definitely book again with my friends for our next hangout. Plus: The lobby staff were very friendly and welcoming — they made us feel at home.

The place was lovely—uniquely aesthetic with a refreshing interior that's a nice change from the typical studio-type condos we've stayed in. The host was very accommodating & quick to respond, which made the experience even better. If I could offer a few suggestions, it would be to provide tissues & add more cups/mugs & plates at least enough for two guests, as we only had one mug to share for coffee. It might also help future guests to include in the check-in instructions which specific elevator to take from the parking area. Overall, it was a great & seamless stay. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean and it has a nice view of the city

A comfortable place for a longer-term stay. It has everything needed to feel right at home in a new country. The views from the 16th floor were beautiful and provided a get away from the noisy traffic below. The building gym and pool were only available to guests staying 3 month or more. It would be nice if that and other rules that were on the inside of the entry of the condo unit were in the description to warn other guests to these restrictions.

Excellent place to stay. Guards were on duty 24/7. The pool is clean, a great place to hang out. Easy access to malls and transportation stations

Jeanettes place is extremely well organized and maintained. The provision of personal items was a nice and appreciated touch. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for 2 months and had a wonderful experience. The place was simple but great, perfect for a comfortable and peaceful stay. There was a nice table I used for studying, and the balcony view was one of my favorite parts. It faced the amenities and the gym so I could easily check if anyone was working out before heading down myself. I could also hang my laundry on a drying rack on the balcony, which was really convenient. Overall, it was a well-thought-out space in a great location. Highly recommended!!!

My friend had a great stay. Malapit lang sa Mall- walking distance lng. Easy to navigate. The place is clean and the host is responsive.! The price is good for what you paid for. Recommended
