Holiday rentals with a patio in Cagliari

The balcony and the view of the sea, including hearing the waves on our first night, the peace of the neighbourhood, the lovely decorations in the apartment and the easy walk down to the village, restaurants and beach made this a perfect place for us to stay!

Ottimo soggiorno nell'appartamento di Stefania , nuovissimo, pulitissimo , come da foto e descrizione . Stefania è stata sempre molto gentile e premurosa , fin dal primo contatto , dimostrando una 'speciale' disponibilità per soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti . Le auguriamo tanta serena e proficua soddisfazione .

Thank you for the beautiful accommodation and great communication. From the terrace there was a wonderful view of the Costa Rei and the sea. In the morning it was lovely to watch the sunrise over coffee. In the evening it was again nice to sit with wine. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. If we didn't know something the staff answered us right away. We would be happy to come back here again sometime. :)

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – von der Küche bis zum Wohnkomfort ist alles da, was man braucht. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Nähe zu den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell. Wer eine stilvolle, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in Strandnähe sucht, wird sich hier rundum wohlfühlen.

Hôtes réactifs , courtois , aucun soucis de communication L appartement était d une propreté impeccable ! Il y avait tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires , de bonnes qualité ; ainsi que lave vaisselle , machine à laver , clim dans toutes les pièces , salle de bain spacieuse .. le nécessaire pour la plage ; l endroit est dans un complexe , très calme et sécurisé à quelques km des premières plages Par contre , l appartement étant en rez de jardin , il est sombre dans la chambre parental , sdb et cuisine ; la literie un peu dur mais ce n est que mon goût Le jardin avec barbecue , table et chaises est un plus que nous avons apprécié Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour dans le sud près des plages.

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at Casa Masina. The host’s instructions were easy to follow, and the accommodation itself was spotless and quiet. Anna was always quick to respond and very friendly. We would be happy to stay at the property again next time we are in the area and cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Les vacances en famille dans ce gîte ont été excellentes. Les instructions de Erika pour l'arrivée ont été précises, très faciles pour trouver le lieu exact. Erika nous a fourni de nombreuses informations sur les sites à voir, sur les restaurants. Le gîte est très bien situé, très agréable à vivre, bien équipé et très proche de la plage. C'était très agréable.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni indimenticabile in questo splendido appartamento con vista mare! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati colpiti dalla luminosità e dalla pulizia degli ambienti. L’arredamento è curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza. Il punto forte è sicuramente la terrazza dove facevamo colazione,pranzo e cena con una vista mozzafiato. Un’esperienza davvero magica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili dall’inizio alla fine della nostra vacanza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza rigenerante. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sehr sauber und unser persönliches Highlight war die Terrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick aufs Meer, der zum Verweilen einlädt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig auf einem Berg gelegen - ein Mietauto ist von Vorteil, der Strand aber zu Fuss in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mike lief problemlos und schnell. Für all unsere Fragen hatte er blitzschnell Antworten parat.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Michele. Un plateau apéritif vous attend à l'arrivée, très sympathique. Superbe vue mer et montagne depuis la terrasse. Appartement spacieux. Michele a été un hôte accueillant, réactif et de bons conseils. A recommander.

Unterkunft ist mit der Aussicht der Hammer. total ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse. Andrea war immer erreichbar, hat viele Tipps gegeben und ist mit allem sehr flexibel. tolle Unterkunft. unb3dingr bei Andreas Eltern Essen gehen; im da Babara, klasse Fischplatten und hohe Qualität. Der Strand liegt nicht weit weg. Jetzt im Kini nur am Wochenende was los. Fest zu den gelb blauen Schirmen. Die sind günstiger.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, das Bett war super bequem. liegt zwar in Flughafennähe war aber trotzdem ruhig und wir haben bestens geschlafen. Unterkunft liegt außerhalb in einem Garten, man ist für sich. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 min in der Stadt, bei Pasticceria, Bar oder Pizzeria.

Wir (Eltern und ein Jahr altes Baby) waren eine Woche zu Gast und fanden es einfach perfekt! Wir haben gegrillt und an den windigen Tagen mit dem Baby im Pool gebadet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und damit ist man bald an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung und natürlich nahversorgern. Das Haus schaut so aus, wie auf den Bildern und Gabriele hat dazu liebevoll alles für unser Baby vorbereitet( Kinderstuhl mit Befestigungsmittel, Spielzeug, Babywasser, im Garten Luftmatratze,Schaukel und Rutsche)! Er hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob wir was brauchen. Auch hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Check in und out waren flexibel ( vielen lieben Dank) und unkompliziert. Einfach perfekt !!!

I was able to stay at Carla's apartment twice during a 6 week work trip. This place is perfect for a work trip! I was especially struck by how good the internet set up is here for working from home after a week trip out of town with very poor internet access. If you're coming to Cagliari for work or will need to work, this is a great space for that. In addition, the space is also very modern and has all that you would need for cooking and dining at home. The location is at the edge of a private residential area but within 1-2 minutes you're on the main shopping street with plenty to do! There is also the terrace, which is lovely. Carla is also very sweet, responsive, and communicative. She kept me updated about things in the apartment and always asked if/when she could stop by if there was an issue.

Tolles, geräumiges und vor allem modernes AirBnB, das wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen würden. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Silvia ist außerdem gut erreichbar und noch auf den ein oder anderen Wunsch von uns eingegangen. Hinsichtlich der Lage braucht es wohl in jedem Fall ein Auto - dann lassen sich Cagliari, viele Strände oder Wanderwege aber schnell erreichen. Man wohnt also recht ruhig und kann gleichzeitig schnell viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Uns hat das super gefallen!

Siamo stati solo una notte e siamo stati bene. La casa è pulita e c'è tutto ciò che occorre. Posizione comoda e host gentilissimo.

Fantastisk lägenhet med allt man behöver och bekvämt gångavstånd till buss och restauranger. Daniela är en otroligt bra värd som alltid svarade snabbt på alla meddelanden och gav väldigt tydliga svar på allt vi undrade. Rekommenderar denna lägenhet starkt och kan tänka mig att bo här igen om jag kommer tillbaka!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento 13 giorni. Lo definisco perfetto. Pulitissimo, organizzato, dotato di ogni comfort, spazioso e luminoso. Lo splendido ed ampio terrazzo mi ha permesso di vivere in totale relax le ore trascorse in casa. L'intero palazzo é di pregio e molto silenzioso. La spiaggia del Poetto é raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 minuti e la zona (bellissima) é servita da svariati mezzi pubblici con i quali mi sono mossa con estrema facilità. Non da ultimo Paola é un host davvero eccezionale. Attenta, precisa, disponbile. Perfetta. Tornerò varie volte nella mia amata Cagliari e spero di poter tornare sempre qui. Grazie mille Paola, a presto!

Die Unterkunft und die Lage waren exzellent. Direkt am Stand und in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Bars und dennoch sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Absolut hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin.

Wir waren vier Tage bei Anto&Gio zu Gast und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und bekamen Empfehlungen für Ausflugsziele, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch sonst waren die Gastgeber immer erreichbar für uns. Frisches Obst, Wasser, Wein, Bier und Eiswürfel standen für uns bereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber, groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sogar mit Blumen aus dem eigenen Garten wurde dekoriert. Die Terrasse mit dem Panoramablick ist sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts super schön. Wir hatten ein Auto (Privatparkplatz vorhanden) und Fahrräder dabei und konnten so die Umgebung erkunden. Vielen Dank für alles!

Das Apartment war schön eingerichtet und alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandro war freundlich und unkompliziert. Er hat uns Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
