The house is located close to Santa Eugenia and Santa Maria, between vineyards. Just to 20 minutes from the airport or Palma City. Excellent place for cycling routes, tracking or golf (Golf Park Mallorca Puntiro) and of course, visit our beautiful and warm beaches

On the upper floor, there is a large living room. This wonderful jewel with history is located a few meters away from Portopetro. This workshop belonged originally to a carpenter who restored wooden boats. The house is built from the original rock that forms part of this space's heart. Thus, rock, wood, and iron make up the house's aesthetics and structure, giving the sensation of being on a ship that seems to house a cave inside.

Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
