The apt is very good, all new, TV in the living room and in the bedroom, very beautiful view of the windows, large refrigerator. The communication with Lucas was great, when I contacted him, he immediately responded with all education in the world. Super recommend it, I'll be back soon for sure. I recommend going out of commemorative dates to enjoy more, the condominium was very crowded, elevators super congestion.. More about apt... All Perfect.

Very nice place Super receptive Antonio there were some unforeseen events on my trip and he was always very attentive. Super I indicate the location. So an indication for the antonio if possible put a garbage man in the kitchen and a folding robe because we usually climbed wet from the pools and had no place to put on the clothes. But no more td 100%

The apartment is impeccable, just like the photos and description. It was clean, organized, with everything brand new and working perfectly well! The view is incredible. The location of the apartment is very good. The building's leisure complex is very good, very clean, with polite and helpful staff. The restaurant's food is good and at a fair price. Mr. Armênio was very polite and helpful, from the time I booked the trip until after we left. He gave us a lot of information about the apartment, about Park Veredas, about the city, restaurants, leisure. We will definitely return and refer to friends and family.

Great pools, the apartment is brand new, very well maintained. Too bad it doesn't have a stove and kitchen utensils, it's more for spending the day and eating at the restaurant in the condominium or eating out. Everything I needed, the reception attended to and Aryel always responds and attends to requests and questions.

The Host is always very helpful and polite, the accommodations are exactly as the pictures and descriptions. The apartment is very cozy, a great place, comfortable, spacious and was very clean. I have a few points, but they refer to the reception at check-in and the pools, a queue of more than 1 hour of waiting due to high demand, the attendants were not proactive in requesting support since it was visible that they needed help and someone to do the priority service. As for the pools, I was a little disappointed with their temperature, there were only two pools that showed a temperature of 32° on the sign, but only one really had the water temperature consistent and that was the smaller pool (which was always crowded), the indoor pool did not even come close to that temperature, I was disappointed because when we go to these places we expect hot water and the other pools were at an OK temperature. But the pools are always very clean.

Carlos super attentive,facilitated the checkkin and checkout , very clean apt, only the lid of the vase that is broken ,every day they will clean,provide bed and bath linens,there is a dryer, the pool area very clean ,they change the waters every day,the recreators are great especially Uncle Piupiu,what a top guy, humorous , ensured great laughs and fun. The cons, very far from the center(which for me was not a problem because I don't even want to go there anymore) more for those who always want to visit,it's very far away and there's nothing to do around the hotel. In the apartment there are dishes ,cutlery,glasses, microwave, sandwich maker, blender and coffee maker, but there is no pot,Carlos told me that it was just asking at the reception they provided, no more. So if you want to cook, take everything. He said he could come down with food and snacks, they won't let you. Parking is inside the hotel , but there is no parking space, it has to be where it has and it may only be far from the block
