Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. Neue Ferienwohnung angebaut an unser Wohnhaus mit großem Garten. Separater Eingang. Zentrumsnah, fußläufig in die Innenstadt, zum Stadtpalais, den Museum und in den Auepark. Gute Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und kurze Wege zum Einkaufen. Wir haben Hunde. Parkplätze gibt es auf der Straße vor dem Haus, Fahrräder können sich und geschützt am Haus untergebracht werden. Sauna ist in der Ferienwohnung, der Garten kann mitbenutzt werden, eigene Terrasse im Außenbereich der Fewo.

Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located on the mezzanine floor of an old building and is about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area.
