The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

Willkommen in unserer renovierten & liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung in der Liebigstraße, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Uni & des Klinikums. Die Maisonnette-Wohnung ist eine 7-minütigen Straßenbahnfahrt von der Stadtmitte (Königsplatz) entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in ca 10 Min mit der Bahn oder dem Bus zu erreichen. Bus&Bahn sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist hell mit Blick auf den Herkules & die Uni. Sie befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen, wenn auch ruhigen Lage.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. On foot in 10-12 minutes to the main train station and in 15-20 minutes to the pedestrian zone. 250 m to the bus stop, 350 m to the nearest EDEKA and Lidl. The apartment is rented and prepared for one person as standard. If you want to come as a couple, please also book for 2 people. Animals are not (!) allowed in the apartment. This is a self-contained apartment, 55 square meters. The apartment is on the ground floor. Centrally located to the highway. A7, A 44 and A49 are within easy reach. The vocational training center is about 3 km away. Downtown Kassel is easily accessible. Good bus connection. Bergshausen is very nicely situated on the Fulda with a beautiful meadow. Our "Bauhaus" is located in the documenta city centre - all museums are in the immediate vicinity - bus and tram are 7 +- minutes away - and Karlsaue Park is also within walking distance (fantastic for joggers!). From the large terrace you can enjoy beautiful views of the city and the landmark of the city - the Hercules - our World Heritage Site!
