Ideal for guests seeking calm and tranquility; not suitable for parties or loud events. This is a specially prepared living space for a comfortable, peaceful, and enjoyable vacation. The pool is empty in April.

Downstairs bedroom has a double bed and bathroom, toilet, and underfloor heating in winter

It is centrally located. There is a supermarket next to it. 5 min walk to Çalış beach. The garden is very nice, large and spacious. You can walk to the city center from the beach. 10 minutes walking distance to restaurants, bars, fruit and vegetable market... This house, which consists of 1 bedroom and 1 living room, can accommodate a maximum of 4 people with a spare folding bed and sofa. We cannot accept guests who are only male groups. THE POOL AND GARDEN ARE FOR THE COMMON USE OF ONLY 2 VILLAS
