we had a great time in this apartment. the place is clean, quiet and very accessible. there are lots of food and convenience store nearby that opens 24hrs. less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. the host response promptly to our inquiries. i love to stay again and will definity recommend this apartment.

This is my favorite Airbnb in Da Nang. It’s an easy walk to the beach and My An. Great restaurants and cafes nearby.

Lovely place to stay with an amazing view ! The view is surprisingly better than what is advertised in the photos. Clean place, AC’s work really well and the hot water lasted long enough for 2 of us to have showers back to back Perfect location. Walking distance from the beach and surrounded by awesome restaurants and also 2 massage parlours and a milk bar on the ground floor made getting what we needed to feel comfortable at our home away from home such a breeze… HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Had a fantastic 3 month stay at Hai Yen’s place. The accommodation is exactly as in pictures. The building is very secure and the security guards present at all times. The apartment itself is spacious with lots of storage place. Bed is comfortable and the ac works beautifully. The water pressure was very good in the bathroom. We had no trouble whilst staying there and will definitely come back to stay again. The apartment felt like a second home to us with all amenities as listed. The WiFi was excellent. Hai yen was fast responsive with all our queries. The building location is ideal for the beach and promenade walks. There are many amazing restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from. We will be back!

Great stay! The room is very bright, from the balcony you have a beautiful view with trees and waterfromt, everything is very clean, internet and air conditioning work great, there is a kitchen but i didn't use it as my stay was short and there are a laundry machine and clothes dryer. The location is good, you have restaurants and a winmart close by, i think also some of the attractions are not too far away, especially some famous beach. The hosts are great, very friendly, always happy to help and replying very quickly. Definitely a recommended place to stay in my opinion, you'll have a great time here!

It has been a great stay

If I could give 6 stars, I would do it 🙂 First, it was quiet: I spent three weeks here in March, and for all the time I could not hear a single construction site, and only a couple of times in the distance - karaoke. I don't want to say it will always be, but it was very important to me 🙃 Secondly, very clean, neat and thoughtful. Multiple sources and levels of light, lots of storage, large balcony, dryer, plants, modern furniture. Thirdly, the host and her assistant are very nice and caring, whether they help with everything. The place is quite remote, but in 3 minutes by bike there is a chic 24/7 store, on the next street there is a phoboshnaya and a coffee shop. I would definitely love to come back and recommend this place 🙂

The interior and the overall color and tone are luxurious. The beach view makes you feel like you're at a resort. And the host is friendly.

I loved this apartment, it's clean, bright, and spacious. Internet was very strong (room has its own wifi). The kitchen is well stocked. It's close to the beach and tourist area. They also have 2 little dogs and a cat that live on the ground floor, you might get to meet them :) The only potential downside I would say is because its on one of the main tourist streets, there is noise at night. Wouldn't recommend if you are an early or sensitive sleeper.

This apartment was spectacular. I was by myself and stayed 10 nights. I actually extended because I was so happy here. I want to return and leaving the review that this host and his home deserve makes me worry it will always be booked. The location was perfect, one block away from the beach. The street is just riddled with international and Vietnamese restaurants. There are numerous grocery stores. The apartment itself is the entire 8th floor with its own elevator access. The kitchen has all the equipment needed, there is an AC and a washing machine. There is another smaller fridge in the bedroom, a flat-screen TV with access to my YouTube channel and a bathtub. If you see this place available, book it. There were issues .Danang is in the tropics and it is important to be spotless, clean and to remove your garbage, daily. The receiver did not work, nor did the stove and the host had both fixed immediately. Best host, best value.

The place is nicely designed and comfortable. The shower was excellent! Really enjoyed our stay here.

Good house and bathroom. Very good location with lots of restaurants nearby and the beach is very close. marble mountains is a short drive away and linghung pagoda is also close. Good host as well. the weekly clean is nice

We stayed from 24–27 May as a group of three. The apartment had three rooms, with only the master bedroom having an ensuite—it was cramped, and the narrow tub made showering awkward. The unit is on the 41st floor with a partial sea view, mainly from the living area and master bedroom. However, the master room was quite bright in the mornings despite having roll-on curtains, which affected sleep quality. The other two bedrooms faced the corridor. Beds were firm, and pillows needed stacking for comfort. The apartment was clean overall, though towels were stained and had to be replaced upon request. No facial tissues were provided. There were small steps near the kitchen that could be a tripping hazard. We also heard renovation noise from the corridor in the morning, which affected sleep quality as well. On the plus side, the location is convenient with a 24-hour mart and eateries nearby, and the host was prompt and helpful. A decent stay overall, with room for minor improvements.

Nice place … restaurants and stores are just a walk away… the place is not as prestige as the picture but it I is still good to live in… owner is very responsive and helpful… the rooms are big with own bathroom…but you need to be ready climb the stairs for every room… if you get room number five prepare to exercise everyday… have a very nice kitchen but no plates only bowls and chopsticks to use… I will recommend the place… near the beach…. Easy ride to dragon bridge and nite market… owner will always help for your needs… the best.
