I have spend a very great time with my family at Richard’s place. The house is very clean and the rooftop swimming pool is awesome. The day and night view has its features for enjoying and relaxing. Richard also very kind and friendly. He response very fast and very appreciated that he allow us to do late check out which makes my trip very comfortable. I am sure I will book again next time. Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

Everything was perfect. See is in 10 minutes by walk, great grocery shop ("Full market") in 5 minutes, small park just in front of building. Personal was friendly and tried to help with everything. Drinking water and sine snacks were available on reception. I would like to return to this place in future.

Leila & her husband are very helpful in everything. Her house is worth every penny. The location is nice if you want a peaceful area with cheap restaurants and convenience store around. We had an amazing time staying with Hang. They were very kind and hospitable, making sure that we were very comfortable throughout our entire stay. The host family living on the ground floor was extremely nice and not imposing at all. They gave us great recommendations for things to do in Da Nang, and looked after us by giving us fresh fruits and snacks. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The jacuzzi on the roof is a god send after a long day out in the heat. Highly recommend this place for any group travelling to Da Nang.

It takes about five minutes to walk to the beach, and there are convenience stores and restaurants around, which is very convenient.The host is very friendly and responsive, the room is the same as the photos, neat and clean, we had a very happy time.

A very beautiful house located a bit away from the center. But it is still a calming and safe area. The house is well designed and equipped. Most of the rooms have its own bathroom. The master bedroom is so big and beautiful. There's a massage chair right under the stair. Everything was fine. However, on the last day of our stay, the electric was overloaded and it turned off whenever we want to use the chair. A hair dryer in a bathroom got burned with smoke and fire when my sister was using it because it was a cheap one. I think they should try to give the guests better hair dryers. And when we checked out, a staff girl complained about we have emptied the used/emptied bottles and cans which she has saved in a corner of the front yard. My sisters thought it was trash and emptied them... It was unprofessional and a weird way for us to end our stay. However, I still give them max star and recommend this place.

Shelby was very accommodating. The place reminded me a lot of home. It was spacious, clean, and within walking distance to a few restaurants in the district. Shelby’s responses were very prompt and all our needs were catered for during our stay. Shelby also allowed us to store our luggage after check out while we waited for our flight. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything is very convenient. The location is perfect. There is everything you may need nearby ( shops, restaurants, sea, entertainment, spa) Despite the location in the very center, the house is in a quiet alley and you can sleep very well. excellent air conditioners, good water pressure. nice terrace inside the house. the house has everything you need. It's one of the best properties. It can be compared to a resort or hotel connecting room when traveling with family. For breakfast, it's much better to just go out and eat because there are many restaurants in Vietnam that open early (even Michelin-starred restaurants open at 7 o'clock). I stayed for 5 nights and used several restaurants in the building for breakfast, and they all tasted good. The accommodation is safe with a security guard on duty, and the building residents are decent. The surroundings were noisy or there was no noise. Above all, the view overlooking the Da Nang is great. Wherever you go, you can get there quickly with Grab. In Da Nang, walking distance is meaningless because of the heat. The taxi fare is also very cheap. I highly recommend this accommodation. Especially for 5-6 people, it can be the best choice.

It was very spacious and pleasant, so it was good for 2 families to use. I use a microwave, washing machine, and dryer, but it's okay to use it. They also bring you a towel right away when you request it. If I come to Da Nang again, I will visit again.

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
