Holiday rentals with beach access in Cẩm Lệ District

Ms Thuong was very responsive, helpful and resourceful. I stayed for 2 months and every Monday the was cleaned, towels have been changed. She provided a contact for a motorbike rental. She even provided a few kitchen utensils that I requested. It was a great stay!

The property was neat and clean and so close to the beach. The host was helpful and cooperative. Thank you for your hospitality :))

Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

It was a short time, but I was able to spend a satisfying time at Mo's accommodation because of the comfortable location and accessibility. If someone else comes to Da Nang, I hope you will hurry to make a reservation, and you will be able to make a good choice with a good view, surrounding amenities, and plenty of food. Thanks to Mo's kindness and quick communication, it was a fun trip until the end.

The interior and the overall color and tone are luxurious. The beach view makes you feel like you're at a resort. And the host is friendly.

They did their best to support me, and I asked for additional things, and they proceeded right away~~I'll come back next time

We stayed at the house our visit to Da Nang. The property is as described. The hosts are extremely friendly and always respond to our questions quickly. Ms. Hang gave us suggestions to place to eat around the neighborhood. Location is great, can walk to My Khe beach in 10 minutes, lots of restaurants nearby. Hosts also are flexible with check out time, they let us stay in the house past check out time since our flight departs later in the day. The area is extremely safe, we had fun talking with many locals at the restaurants near by. If you are looking for authentic experiences in Da Nang, we highly recommend this property.

I had a wonderful stay at Huyen's villa. Right from the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the host’s warm hospitality and attention to detail. The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed The location is also super convenient: just a 5-minute drive to the beach and a short walk to the Han River, which is a lovely place to unwind in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, thanks to its location near the Chinese Consulate. There are also plenty of great local eateries nearby, so exploring Da Nang’s food scene was easy and fun. All in all, Villa is an ideal place for a relaxing vacation — a great mix of comfort, tranquility, and nature. I’d definitely love to come back!

Nice villa for my family (10adults and 3 kids) for our trip. Sarah is so nice and helps us a lot for planning our trip and rent the car.

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

Stayed 3 Days, 2 Nights.. Location was absolutely great ! Central & convenient to many local restaurants.. Easy Walk to the popular beaches of Da Nang... It takes about five minutes to walk to the beach, and there are convenience stores and restaurants around, which is very convenient.The host is very friendly and responsive, the room is the same as the photos, neat and clean, we had a very happy time.

We had a wonderful stay at Wing House Villa in Danang! The villa was clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing hospitality. Our host was incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is convenient, peaceful, and close to great spots in Danang. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay.

Great location. A few minutes walk to the beach. Restaurants nearby. Very easy to get a Grab taxi from this location. Check in was ok. We were asked for our arrival time in advance,but the taxi driver had to call the host to come and meet us in reception. Really nice apartment, nice bed, great bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. Excellent internet speed and the router is conveniently placed by the TV for a LAN connection using the TV as a monitor. Small balcony but perfect for drying clothes. Good washing machine with detergent provided. There was shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrushes etc even though we brought our own. Overall a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

Fantastic unit in an awesome location. 3 spacious bedrooms each with a soft (western) bed - so good to sleep in. Unit was very clean, no issues at all. Good internet, smart TV nice furnishings. Lots of storage space, modern unit with a creative design. Located right next to My Khe Beach which is an ideal area. Lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment just downstairs all in walking distance. We will definitely return in the future.

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! The apartment is beautiful and relaxing and Linh was a very proactive and friendly host, making sure that we were looked after and any thing that came up was sorted promptly and kindly! Kind and efficient service, would recommend! thank you for making our stay in Danang one of ease! 😊
