I have spend a very great time with my family at Richard’s place. The house is very clean and the rooftop swimming pool is awesome. The day and night view has its features for enjoying and relaxing. Richard also very kind and friendly. He response very fast and very appreciated that he allow us to do late check out which makes my trip very comfortable. I am sure I will book again next time. Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

Отличный комплекс с апартаментами. Есть ресепшн, поэтому заселяться и выселяться легко. У нас была комфортная квартира с гостиной, кухней и спальней. Было всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, кровать удобная, мягкая, быстрый вайфай для работы, горячая вода. Также нам предлагали уборку раз в два дня. На крыше был небольшой бассейн и тренажерный зал. Единственное, если у вас нет машины или мопеда, то район не очень подходящий. Близко до пляжа, но далеко до интересных ресторанов и кафе.

Leila & her husband are very helpful in everything. Her house is worth every penny. The location is nice if you want a peaceful area with cheap restaurants and convenience store around. We had an amazing time staying with Hang. They were very kind and hospitable, making sure that we were very comfortable throughout our entire stay. The host family living on the ground floor was extremely nice and not imposing at all. They gave us great recommendations for things to do in Da Nang, and looked after us by giving us fresh fruits and snacks. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The jacuzzi on the roof is a god send after a long day out in the heat. Highly recommend this place for any group travelling to Da Nang.

步行大概五分钟就能到达海滩，周围有便利店和餐厅等，十分方便。房东很热情，回应迅速，房间和照片一样，整洁干净，我们度过了很开心的一段时光。

A very beautiful house located a bit away from the center. But it is still a calming and safe area. The house is well designed and equipped. Most of the rooms have its own bathroom. The master bedroom is so big and beautiful. There's a massage chair right under the stair. Everything was fine. However, on the last day of our stay, the electric was overloaded and it turned off whenever we want to use the chair. A hair dryer in a bathroom got burned with smoke and fire when my sister was using it because it was a cheap one. I think they should try to give the guests better hair dryers. And when we checked out, a staff girl complained about we have emptied the used/emptied bottles and cans which she has saved in a corner of the front yard. My sisters thought it was trash and emptied them... It was unprofessional and a weird way for us to end our stay. However, I still give them max star and recommend this place.

Shelby was very accommodating. The place reminded me a lot of home. It was spacious, clean, and within walking distance to a few restaurants in the district. Shelby’s responses were very prompt and all our needs were catered for during our stay. Shelby also allowed us to store our luggage after check out while we waited for our flight. We really enjoyed our stay.

Всё очень удобно. расположение идеальное. рядом есть всё, что только может понадобиться ( магазины, рестораны, море, развлечения, спа) не смотря на расположение в самом центре дом находится в тихом переулке и спать очень хорошо. отличные кондиционеры, хороший напор воды. приятная терраса внутри дома. в доме есть всё необходимое. мне понравилось. спасибо большое

최고의 숙소 중 하나입니다. 가족 여행 시 리조트나 호텔 커넥팅 룸과 비교할 수 있는데요. 조식은 베트남에사 일찍 여는 식당들이 많기 때문에(심지어 미슐랭 박는 식당들도 7시에 염) 그냥 나가서 사 드시는 게 훨씬 좋습니다. 저는 5박 숙박하면서 아침으로 건물 내 있는 여러 식당 이용했는데요 모두 맛이 좋았습니다. 숙소에는 경비원이 상주하여 안전하며, 건물 주민들도 점잖습니다. 주변이 시끄럽다거나 소음도 없었습니다. 무엇보다 다낭 전경을 내려다 보는 뷰가 좋습니다. 위치는 어딜 가든 그랩으로 금방 이동합니다. 어차피 다낭에서는 더위 때문에 도보 거리라는 게 의미가 없어요. 택시비가 매우 저렴하기도 하구요. 숙소 정말 추천합니다. 특히 5-6인 여행객에게는 최고의 선택일 수 있습니다.

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! The apartment is beautiful and relaxing and Linh was a very proactive and friendly host, making sure that we were looked after and any thing that came up was sorted promptly and kindly! Wir haben uns in dem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Die Kommunikation mit Tung war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
