Our stay at this great Airbnb on Lake Cavanaugh was amazing. Such a beautiful place to stay and play. Be aware that you will be a good 30+ minutes from any need or activity, but for us it was the perfect setting for a visit to the PNW. We drove to North Cascades NP (2ish hours), took the ferry to the San Juan Islands (1:15 to the ferry), and drove to the cute town of Fairhaven (1:15). Loved everything about our stay. Hosts were always responsive and welcoming!

We Loved our stay at The Cabin. It is perfectly located with a beautiful view and only a few minutes from Oak harbor and grocery stores and restaurants as well as beach access. The space is well stocked and clean and cozy. For us this was the perfect place to relax during our visit to the island to see family and friends. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in town! Highly recommend!

Fox Paws Cabin was so clean, and every person in our party commented on it. The house itself is open and inviting, and the location is just a short walk to the beach, which is perfect for a sunset walk. We used the house for a few moms (local to the area) to get away for a weekend to rest and read. It was the perfect location with quiet space for each of us to settle in with a book, but also open enough for all of us to gather around the table for mealtimes—and in the hot tub at night. The A-frame house is open with a huge wall of windows that doesn't get direct sunlight, so even in the heat of a hot summer afternoon, the house was a very comfortable temperature. We loved our stay, and will be booking here again next summer for a reading retreat!

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beach. I saw whales, dolphins and seals out on my paddle board. Incredible sunrise right out your front window. You will love it here, bless you Nikki!

Heidi’s place was wonderful! We loved the view of the big pond with Koi swimming and even enjoyed a outdoor fire in the fire pit. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Cozy and wonderful for our Thanksgiving getaway!!

This was the perfect get away cabin! It’s just far enough out of the cities to feel secluded but close to enough to not feel like it’s a constant commute to do anything. The cabin was extremely well stocked and a very comfortable stay. Every evening was perfect with the deck and views to settle down for the night. I hope to be able to come again soon!

Our trip to Whidbey to stay at Tasha’s has become an annual event for us. We always look forward to the welcoming home, cool sea breeze and crashing waves. This time was no different and we loved every bit of our stay here. Tasha is an amazing host and extremely proactive. She arranged for me to pick up my purse that I had left behind at the property! Thank you, Tasha! We will be back!

We had a great time at Lake Cavanaugh. We brought our 19ft aluminum boat to fish for a few days. The fish were active and tasted great. In our downtime we kayaked, paddle boarded, played games and scanned some of the interesting books. We appreciate the welcoming hospitality we received from Candace.

wow what a fantastic cabin! it's utterly beautiful, magical, gorgeous and just amazing. the additional extras such as toiletries, oil, herbs, coffee, tea etc made it SO much easier and meant I had things on hand easily for the children and us adults. plenty of towels etc, everywhere was very clean and lots of utensils for cooking etc. we loved getting the fire going (only did it once as it was pretty hot temps when we stayed!) and Kirstin was easily contactable and helped advice with ferry times etc. fantastic stay and would not hesitate to book again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was nice and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The host was very responsive and cattentive to our needs, making the experience even better. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a pleasant getaway!

I grew up at the beach in So California, loved it, miss it. This cozy little beach house is just the perfect beach house! Charming, rustic, clean, breezy, comfy, private and peaceful. The only thing missing was the sound of waves crashing on the sand. And that’s ok. We walked every day along the beach while our dogs ran up and back and played. Such a relaxing visit. Our only outing in four days was a quick run to the nearby market. Kitchen is great - stove, oven and microwave were clean and easy to use. AC unit easy to use and big fan in first bedroom. Opening the front and back door allowed the breeze to come through and kept us comfortable. First bedroom bed amazingly comfortable (we didn’t need other bedroom). We highly recommend this little place for your getaway, and if you write a note in the guest book please see my note and change 5/6/25 to 6/6/25 - I was too relaxed and forgot the month! A great host is one you don't need, and William fits that description perfectly. Instructions for getting there were easy to follow and getting settled was straightforward. The cabin and property were fantastic, providing plenty of space for a couple (and likely comfortable for two!). It was fully equipped with everything you'd expect: kitchen essentials, grill, linens, entertainment options, etc. The sauna was amazing after hiking, and you can find great trails as the road the cabin sits on leads directly into forest roads in Olympic National Forest (we went for Baldy Summit). The grounds around the cabin are also perfect if you have a pup, like we did, with little trails to explore and a nice walking loop through the pasture. This is a place I would definitely return to.

We had a lovely weekend at the cabin! We arrived and immediately could breathe - the peaceful feeling of privacy, the numerous forest animals and birds greeted us with their songs and cuteness, and the cabin encouraged simplicity and quality time. It honestly made us think about quality of life and what’s important - thank you for sharing this interesting, unique and special place with us / everyone! 🌞

Wow—this cabin was even better in person! Tucked away in the woods, it was the perfect cozy and private getaway. The space felt peaceful and inviting from the moment we arrived. Hot water was always available, everything was clean and well-kept, and the atmosphere was just magical. We loved waking up to the sound of nature, with hummingbirds flying nearby and deers (with their babies!) walking through the yard. It truly felt like a hidden gem in the forest. What a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable stay. Highly recommend this spot—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Clean house, lots of little amenities on site and responsive communication. Did not realize it was more of a neighborhood setting than cabin feel.

Cozy, pleasantly rustic, not tourist-beach-kitsch cabin right on the beach, adjacent to a dog park. Minimalistic, but totally comfy, furnishings in the four rooms. Perfect size for a small family to gather and cook and play games inside, or beach comb just 25-50 yards out the back door. Our kids (12 & 9) and the dog spent hours exploring tide pools, building forts, digging up hunks of clay to make “dolls” out of, and they even tried to swim in between rain showers. From the living area, we watched a bald eagle soar overhead a blue heron while gulls dove headfirst for fish and robins pecked at worms in the yard. Two lil things to consider if staying: 1) if morning light bothers you, bring an eye mask; 2) the path from the back door to the beach requires some careful footwork to traverse an area of accumulated drift wood logs, but the parking lot is right next to the home with a clear, flat way to access the beach if mobility is a challenge.

Stunning view! Comfy bed, lots of spaces to relax, full kitchen. Deer and bunnies wandered through the yard during our stay. 8 minute drive to downtown La Conner with cute shops and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved staying at this woodsy cabin! It was close to everything, but so quiet and peaceful. The views in the morning and evening from the deck were gorgeous. Wendy was a great host and super responsive to any questions we had. We would happily stay there again.

Danielle's cabin stay was an incredible experience to share with extended family. beautiful surroundings, lots of space to gather or spread out for up to 3 couples and well equipped to welcome a little one as well. Distance to the National park entrences can be long, but the peaceful stay is well worth the drive for those visiting the northern parts of the park and the port towns.

I HIGHLY recommend staying here. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and the trip here was the highlight. The home gives a warm vibe, the view is phenomenal and on top of that it’s peaceful. Ghazal and Jeffery put in a lot of effort to make their home welcoming for others so definitely be respectful and read the notes :) Thank you both for having us and we are looking forward to coming back!

This was a lovely beachfront house in a peaceful and quiet area! A short drive to town or lots of beach to roam! Sara was a wonderful host and was very communicative. Perfect spot for a couples getaway!
