Charming 70-m² house overlooking the sea. Ideal for a couple's getaway (or for 4 people thanks to the sofa bed) Overlooking the sea and just 200 meters from the shops, the house is ideally located. Enjoy the garden or discover the charm of the Gulf of Morbihan, its beaches, the coastal path, and the towns of Vannes, Auray, Carnac, La Trinité, and more. And if the weather is chilly, make use of the stove. I will be happy to welcome you, show you around and share some good local addresses.

Cottage in the heart of La Brière

Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 mins away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.
