Small comfortable studio furnished in a "tiny house" spirit with sitting area, small kitchen, night area and shower room. We designed this place "as for us". We hope it will delight travelers looking for tranquility and nature: The wooded garden is an invitation to recharge in the shade of the oaks. A trail will lead you to a breathtaking view of the Vilaine (200m). We will be happy to discuss your stay with ideas of things to discover here & there.

Between sea and countryside, 2 steps from Vilaine and its marina, you will spend happy days in this little haven of peace. Penestin and its Mine d'Or beach, as well as the small town of La Roche Bernard are within a 10-minute drive. Hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity, with canoe rentals. Nearby, Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan, the salt marshes of Guérande, the marshes of Brière await you. Fun and discovery to come

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

We run the equestrian center on site.

Stone cottage with terrace and parking. It consists of a living room, dining area, equipped kitchen open to the living room. A bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, a storage shelf with small wardrobe area, a bathroom (walk-in shower) with vanity and toilet. Upstairs, a small attic bedroom with two single beds, a small dresser and storage drawers under a bed.
