The place was spacious and comfortable as well as being very well equipped. The hosts provided amazing communication throughout our stay and answered any questions quickly.

I highly recommend this place. Very comfortable and cozy apartment. There's nothing missing and you can feel at home. A very large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean is worth noting.

Lovely flat,exactly as photos. Belen was friendly and kind enough to check us in early. Bus to valencia goes from round the corner...takes about 40 mins but air-conditioned a d comfortable..we loved visiting the city and heading back for afternoon swim

The apartment and the view from the balcony are great. Supermarket is just around the corner, and there is an elevator. The apartment was equipped with everything that was needed. Always happy to come back!

For me, it was a very good stay in every way. The sea is in front and the house is very nice and it is a very typical Valencian environment, which those who know how to appreciate will love. It's a quiet area but everything is very close. And you can go at any time of the year. There are few places like that. I believe that it is an area with a series of privileges that are not found in other places.

Rafael's apartment was very nice and had lots of character. He and his family were easy to communicate with and very helpful. We really enjoyed our time and wished we had stayed here longer

Had three great nights ! The apartment is very clean and really comfortable. The host is really helpful and responsive. What made the hosting the best was the fact that a plate for food and water was left for my dog! Really appreciated!

All perfect, kind host and concerned about my stay. The apartment was very close to the beach, restaurants and downtown. And I also had private parking. It's a good idea.

Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

The hosts surpassed all expectations, they were a delight. So warming and welcoming from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, always ready to answer any questions/queries. Such a lovely peaceful place to chill with all the home comforts you need. Not to far to travel by car to visit the beach,shops etc. I was humbled by how much kindness was shown by the lovely hosts, going out of their way to make it a special Easter for us by buying us some local traditional cakes & a delicious homemade "Frittata" which was left unexpectedly by our front door after a busy day touring. We hope to see you again in the future, hopefully my Spanish will be better 😀

Jose took the time to check us in and show us around , msg us recommendations and generally felt if we needed anything he’d be happy to help . The place was perfect and situated just right from beach to shops to travel . All in all spot on definitely stdy again Thankyou Jose

A fantastic stay at Silvia’s! She’s a brilliant host, very welcoming, responsive and with a great sense of humour! Silvia place is in fab spot for transport and 5 minutes walk over to the beautiful beaches. We hired bikes for the 3 days to cycle up through the park to the old town, along beach to Little Venice and also down to south beach and lagoon area in between cycling over to the university hockey pitches to take in the Masters euros( the reason for our visit), great cycle tracks throughout and highly recommend. Definetly be in touch with Silvia if (when) returning to Valencia. Thank you!

Nice quiet location. In a 20-minute walk you were in the center of Requena in no time. Nice garden and beautiful swimming pool. Just too cold for us but that was the period of the year. The house was fully equipped Including good beds. Nice and good communication with the host.

Mati's place is great - clean, tidy and plenty of space. The area is also beautiful. Thank you for everything!

This apartment high above Serra is unique. The climb to get there is steep, but worth the effort. Carlos' place is small but spacy. The beds in the 2 bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the terrace is sunny during afternoon and evening with a great view. There is a large parasol to put up that will provide a large shade. The bathroom is quite small and the toilet doesn't flush easily. A bakery is very close by as is the Charter supernarket which offers a wide range of (fresh) products. Carlos was always reachable and gave us perfect directions and instructions. A parking is just below the house. We recommend bar Jubilats Serra for drinks with an amazing view, Les Moreres for a nice meal or Descanso for amazing paella and the most friendly staff. Even during the power blackout on april 28 they kept cooking in the dark kitchen and they kept serving beers as long as possible! Gracias Carlos, we will be back!

We have been 7 people now at the end of May, and everything has been as described and as I have seen that they provide comments from other people. A good stay, huge rooms, good communication with the host. A clean, cozy and spacious place in a really quiet place. Several of us in the group commented that we had slept very well.

Where do we begin? We’ve been traveling for a month and this has been by far our greatest location and host. We were personally welcomed to her home and shown everything we needed to know about how to use the space. She even had a wonderful bottle of wine and croissants waiting for us! She took the time to show us a map of the local area, where all her favorite places were located, and how to use the bus line and metro! Her home is beautiful and so comfortable! You will have everything you need while you are there. The patio area is lovely and very private. We felt very safe at all times in this part of the old town. We didn’t want to leave! If you are even thinking of staying here…do it! It’s a wonderful, comfortable place with a very special host. Thank you so much for everything!!

This apartment is a real find! The place is spacious, full of modern comfort and exclusively private at the same time.The atmosphere of the beach holiday is clearly present, the terrace is perfectly suited for a pleasant family breakfast. The distance to the beach is short and the beach itself is great. Jorge is a really great host! He kindly went an extra mile to help us with the check-in, as well as on other occasions. We recommend this place highly, as it is uniquely convenient

We stayed two weeks in Veronica's nice apartment. Everything was very good in the accommodation. Very well-equipped kitchen. You can almost cook any dish you want there, the equipment is sufficient wherever you want to cook. A couple of minutes' walk to the beach and there are two nice beach chairs available. Wi-Fi is good. The area is very quiet and safe. A large, nice pool and a very well-kept garden to enjoy. Good bus connection to city center. It takes about 40 minutes. If you want a nice vacation, rent Veronica's apartment!

The apartment and its hosts are great. You feel at home, and in a Valencian home. You can get from here to both the beach and the old town. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable, beautiful house, very convenient for transportation around, there is a supermarket two hundred meters downstairs, and a tobacco shop, very convenient.Great value for money and well worth the experience and recommendation.

We have spent a few days with a person in a wheelchair and the accessibility is very good. As well as the person who attended us, Lamiae, who has been attentive at all times and facilitating our stay. The apartment is very well, right on the beach.
