We have greatly enjoyed our stay in Arpino at Wednesday! The cottage is so cozy and tastefully decorated, the view is priceless. We completely relaxed here and enjoyed it to the fullest! Arpino itself is also a nice charming village and everyone is friendly. Wednesday had good tips for the area! We highly recommend it! :-)

Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. A wonderful space in a wonderful place! Ideal location between the park and the historic aquaduct and piazza. Squeaky clean, welcoming, interesting, quiet, and well appointed.... we enjoyed our time dodging the heat of the day in Nuvoleinviaggio before another stroll to the piazza. Raffaelle ensured we were taken care of from reservation to checkout with excellent and very timely communication on topics from parking to local fare.

Our experience at this property was extremely positive; Marcello's welcome was undoubtedly perfect; nice, polite and very clear in the directions. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect; the bathroom is very clean, the bed, sheets and wardrobe are equally so, and this is not a given, as we have unfortunately been able to ascertain in other properties. It's like visiting grandma's house. Everything is well maintained and has the charm of a cozy, small apartment from the 1960s with appropriate furnishings. Alessio is very friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the train station despite the considerable delay of my train and helped me with the luggage. Because I arrived so late, I couldn't go shopping for breakfast. But that was not a problem, because there were juices and yogurt in the refrigerator. There was also milk, small cakes and coffee, and a fresh bouquet of flowers on the table. So you really feel welcome and the apartment is not a sterile hotel room, but a real home with soul. Gladly again!

The house is very comfortable, clean and sunny. We were greeted with friendliness and punctuality, in addition, various useful information was provided for the stay and a top pastry shop!!!!

It was an extremely pleasant stay. Atessa is a gem and the apartment is centrally located but sheltered, and is soundproofed from the lively Piazza Garibaldi next door. The supermarket is just a stone's throw away, and for us, who were visiting relatives, getting around was a breeze. Anna Pia welcomed us with great care and kindness, making us feel at home. The recently renovated apartment is very nice and tastefully furnished, it has all the comforts combined with the memory of its ancient structure. Particularly appreciated are the shutters that offer complete darkness at night, the independent heating/air conditioning that was precious to ensure a comfortable environment for my elderly father; the towel warmers in the bathroom and the terrace that is a gem overlooking the church of San Rocco and the square. We have found the perfect base for our next trips to Atessa.

The apartment is very nice, warm and welcoming. A few minutes walk from downtown, a small supermarket nearby, and facilities that can be reached in a few minutes. We always found the place for the car under the house.

I was very pleased with my week's stay in this house. It was exactly what I was looking for. Peaceful oasis not far from the beautiful Trabocchi coast. In addition to the house, garden and area, the pleasant surprise was also Nico's welcome, his kindness and the care he personally reserves for the guest with his breakfasts, real morning pampering. Nice solution in the center, very convenient to the main square to park the car, also in just 5 minutes on foot you can reach a super efficient and cheap multi-story parking lot, a nice environment, very good bathroom and kitchen solution, the bed solution is a little spartan (since it is a studio you have to be satisfied with a sofa bed) but overall it is more than valid as a general solution for a few days of stay in the area. Definitely recommended.

Everything was perfect!

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

Small corner of relaxation. Clean and tidy rooms with everything you need. The details make a difference. like the LEDs, Netflix, the bathtub, the moss on the walls, etc... highly recommended.
