Luciano's place is simply impeccable! Attention to all the details, and care in everything that is offered! The building and the apartment are new, it is very well cared for! We love everything! Communication with the host was smooth, fast, and he was often in touch to see if we needed anything! It was amazing and when I return to Curitiba, we will definitely go back there! The location is good, close to the carrefour market, Barigui park shopping and Barigui park. To go walking is a little distant, but from uber it takes about 5/7 minutes. The apartment is cozy, well equipped, has a smart TV with streams, hairdryer, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave, fridge, pots and utensils (I listed here the items I used). The balcony is great for drying the towel on the available floor clothes. The gym is well equipped and with a beautiful view. The staff and host were very attentive. Points of attention/improvement: - The bathroom is small, but answers. The sink is tight and uncomfortable to use. - In the box there is no support for soap, shampoo etc. which makes it difficult a little in the bath. Towel support is loose, so if you pull the towel, without holding it, it falls. In addition, the stay was great and it met my needs. Thanks, Your Judas.

Paula was extremely courteous, with accurate information. AP is very good, in the best region of Curitiba. The building has a natural restaurant on the ground floor with great healthy food. There is a bakery and good restaurants less than 500 meters away. Beautiful and quiet region of the capital.

Spacious and cozy property. It has a clothes dryer. Entrance to São Lourenço park on the corner, plus a huge swing in a tree in front of the house. Space to store two passenger cars. I highly recommend it! We had three children and we all enjoyed the place a lot.

The place is beautiful, perfect for those looking to spend time disconnected, close to nature and in tranquility. The house is even more beautiful than in the Photos, well worth it!

The Chácara is very beautiful, well manicured and spacious. Super well-equipped as well, and Maria Angela met us fast and super well. We spend delicious days there! Super recommend!

The apartment is as described, very clean and organized. The location is great, the service was excellent! It was me, my husband, and two children. The space was very well attended and had all the necessary items.

Strategic location for those who want to tour in the city, a lot can be done on foot. And even when picking up Uber, most rides were close to the minimum rate. The building and accommodation structure are excellent, exactly as described in the listing. It was very worth it.

The host took good care of us. Apt clean and very well located. With ctza we will be back.

- Location: optimum and safe - Bedrooms: comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of cabinets, good blackout curtains - Kitchen: weak microwave, but very good stove. Other very good, beautiful and numerous utensils - Sala: very good and comfortable - Bathrooms: one of the bathrooms does not have much privacy, as it is for the kitchen. The second bathroom, in the suite, also has a privacy problem, as the window for the third bathroom. Outside this issue, excellent apartment, both in terms of amenities and location.
