Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Ca'n Pastilla

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Elsa was a wonderful host—friendly, flexible, and incredibly thoughtful. She even made us a delicious paella during our stay. I had mentioned needing reliable internet for remote work, and Elsa went out of her way to get a new router installed. The connection was fast and consistent the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, and the room gets perfectly dark at night—ideal for my partner who’s a light sleeper. While there is some road noise outside that slightly detracts from the otherwise lovely backyard, the house itself is completely silent when the windows are closed. It's worth noting that the second bedroom is separated by a folding wall rather than a solid one. Having a car is recommended. Beautiful beaches are a 5–10 minute drive away, and the town of Santanyí is 12 minutes by car. Free street parking is available. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you, Elsa!

Very comfortable stay, would recommend

Absolutely loved our stay. The host greeted us at arrival and explained the house etc. had lots of information ready. He responded to questions and requests within 5 minutes he was extremely helpful with arranging transportation and giving directions etc. I would love to return to this home. It was 15 mins walk into town closer to grocery stores and local restaurants.

We really enjoyed that the apartment was close to the beach as well as close to restaurants. The pool was also a big plus :)

What a beautiful stay! The accommodation itself was great, very spacious and everything you need. The pool area is amazing, feels so private and just so relaxing and peaceful. The hosts are such lovely people, made us feel right at home and were very helpful and enthusiastic, you can tell they really love making their guest’s stay memorable! Our stay at the apartment was beautiful. Everything was as described and in the pictures, everything clean and in a top location. Absolute recommendation.

This was a great place for the two of us to stay for a long weekend break. The apartment had everything we needed, and the huge balcony allowed us to live outdoors when the weather allowed. That outside space is what elevates this apartment to the "special find" category. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the lift shaft can be heard in the apartment, but once the main evening traffic quietens down, this is less of a problem, and this won't stop us booking this place again for our next Mallorca holiday. Special thanks to Isaac who was the most responsive and helpful host I've ever stayed with.

Location, Location, Location was PERFECT for this Airbnb! Gorgeous view all day & all night…. Nice ocean breeze, convenient parking, spacious and comfortable plus walking distance to many restaurants. The host, Gabriel greeted us upon check in, assisted us with our luggage and was very personable. We rented a sailboat with a captain for the day from Maksy Boats. Highly recommend! It was our first time to Mallorca and everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful time at the house - everything was very clean and as described. The size is perfect for 4 people. The pool is exceptionally clean and very refreshing! Cati is a great and charming host. We would love to come back!

We really loved Joana's place. It is a great experience to stay in a Spanish home, away from the city noises, very quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe in her place and had a good night sleep. And we appreciate Joana's kindness, she is a very nice person. We hope to come back soon!

This way one of the BEST Airbnb's we've ever stayed in. The host is super responsive and kind. The house is very comfortable. My mom and I each had our own bedroom. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. The bathroom had organic shampoo, conditioner and wash gel. And the most amazing part was the terrace with views of beautiful medieval rooftops and church spires. It was fantastic!

We had a great time in the house. It is ideal for groups or families. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offer more than enough space. We especially liked the garden and the pool. The kitchen equipment is also well suited for groups. There is enough tableware, a dishwasher and a basic set of spices and oils. Only some furniture is a bit old and some beds squeak a lot, but since we spent most of the time outside, it didn't matter. Guida was always quick to reach and very friendly. We'd love to come back again. Thank you ❤️

We loved it. Stayed here on our mother-daughter holiday. Great hikes from the door - both short and long, easy and more challenging. The house is very special. We'd both live there if we could! Beautiful and breezy with lots of windows, clean, comfortable. Gorgeous leafy courtyard to sit in, and a balcony too. Beds were very comfy, the bedlinens were really lovely cotton. Pots and pans, plates and glasses, cutlery and cooking tools, corkscrew, lemon juicer, and grater - it had everything! Honestly can't think of a bad thing to say about our stay. Maria is friendly and helpful - we both really liked her. She gave us lots of interesting and useful info about the house, the village, and local walks.

Everything about our stay at this beautiful little cottage was wonderful. The hosts have clearly put so much thought & effort into creating a comfortable, stunning place where you are able to unwind in total peace and quiet. The garden was beautiful, with superlative views. We loved the thoughtfulness of the different seating areas, and the outdoor shower was marvellous! The planting in the garden was perfect simplicity with agapanthus, Gaura and geraniums lighting it up with prettiness. Really big and comfy bed, so we slept incredibly well after long hikes in the mountains and along the coastline each day. The kitchen is well kitted out and we made the most of the BBQ in the evenings. The location is perfect for reaching great hikes, and its quick & easy drive to Port Soller. The restaurants in Fornalutx are fantastic (great cocktails too!). Toni met us late at night & guided us up the windy little road, which is an adventure in itself (don’t hire a big long car!). Just perfect!

100 stars! Teresa and Jordi run a marvelous guest home…beautiful mountain location away from crowds. It was so nice to arrive back after a full day of touring the island. Big, well stocked kitchen (as a cook , well appreciated ☺️) clean spacious bathroom and comfortable bedrooms (bring mosquito spray!). Dining and living areas are perfect as well as plenty of outdoor seating. Teresa was so helpful, generous and knowledgeable about the area. It was truly a joy to stay here; one of our best experiences ever at an AirBnB. Highly recommend even though we’d rather keep it our little secret 🤫. Thank you, Teresa…as you can see we fell in love with you and your home❤️

A beautifully renovated monastery cell in the Carthhouse Valldemossa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fantastic garden. Chopin's monastery cell is right around the corner. Very tastefully decorated. There is nothing missing in the kitchen, with a base of spices/salt from previous guests. Tabs for the dishwasher and some Nespresso capsules were provided. In April, the floors and walls are still cold, and electric stoves provide some warmth on the ground floor and in the bedrooms. Especially in the morning, however, it is still a little damp cold in the accommodation, especially in the bathrooms. Note for guests with infants: the stairs are very dangerous as they have no stacks between stairs and handrail. Infants must therefore always be supervised in the apartment, which makes the stay a little stressful.

We booked through Airbnb for the first time, and it was an absolute hit. The accommodation was absolutely top, as written in advance. All points were fully applicable. We had contact with the landlady because of minor issues, the answers came within a few minutes and were always friendly and purposeful. We would love to come back.

One of the biggest advantages of this apartment is its fantastic location. It’s just 20 meters from a stunning sandy beach — perfect for sunbathing or enjoying water sports. The area is quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The surrounding area is also great for jogging, with scenic paths and little traffic — perfect for a morning run. There are two good restaurants nearby. While the prices aren’t the lowest, the quality of the food makes up for it — especially the fresh, local fish. The apartment itself is well-equipped and spacious, with three separate bedrooms, a large living room, and two bathrooms. It has air conditioning and all the necessary amenities, including a microwave, dishwasher, iron, and more. There’s even a swimming pool on the property. A wonderful place for a family vacation — we’ll definitely be back!

Ralf's house was great! Even prettier than in the photos! The garden is beautiful, the pool very nice. Bedding is super comfortable! The setting is very quiet. Ralf helped us with everything we needed, he is an extremely kind and helpful host, we also liked chatting with him! We recommend it to all travelers!

The house and Guillermo were fantastic. We stayed here for a week, four adults and a baby, and it was a perfect fit. We wished we could have stayed longer! We were especially impressed by the wonderful welcome. We arrived at the house at 12:30 a.m., and Guillermo personally welcomed us anyway. He had brought us water, fruit, and snacks, and we couldn't have felt more at home from the very first minute. Thank you for the wonderful week!

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one . We were sorry to be leaving and will be back wouldn't stay anywhere else it so convenient to shop, beach restaurants. Thank you Loli Y Marga for having us in your beautiful apartment ❤️
