It is arranged on two floors and accommodates four people with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, wifi, and air conditioning. To enter the house, you need to go up two steps. Please note that there is no washing machine, only a dryer. In the busy summer periods, with all the premises open, there may be more noise.

The house is a five-minute walk from the square, with services – bar, newsstand/tobacconist – and several boat trip options. Nearby there are supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, bakeries, restaurants and pizzerias. Below the house there is a car and scooter rental and the bus stop that passes every 15 minutes. The beach below the house is free, but you can also find equipped beaches.

Casa Pomice is located on the parallel of the promenade, a stone's throw from the beach, in the seaside hamlet of Canneto. In the immediate vicinity you will find a supermarket, bakery, bar and continuing along the promenade small shops and places to eat. Two minutes away is the terminal of the bus that connects Canneto to the port and the center of Lipari (3 km). Connections are available until late evening in summer, at other times only during the day.
