The apartment is on the first floor of a detached house (my mother and I live on the ground floor) and consists of a kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom. It is located in the hamlet of Pianoconte, in the countryside in a quiet setting 5 km from the historic center (therefore a vehicle is necessary to get around), with a parking space for a car and motorcycle and the possibility of using the garden and terrace on the ground floor. POSSIBILITY OF USING A POOL NEARBY.

The house with independent access consists of 2 bedrooms (total for 4 guests), a kitchen, a bathroom, and two beautiful terraces with panoramic views. In the center of the village of the Municipality of Leni, but very quiet and peaceful. Leni is located 300 m above sea level, so it enjoys milder temperatures, with cool evenings; the sea about 3 km away can be reached by bus or on foot in 15 min. through various shortcuts. The village is equipped with a supermarket, newsstands, bars and tobacco shops. Parking is free.
