Apartment holiday rentals in Canneto

At the risk of replicating so many of the other wonderful reviews I must unequivocally say that Beatrice’s home was absolutely stellar. Every single aspect was superb: the design, location, conveniences/equipment/furnishings were all incomparable! BUT most importantly the care, attention, and genuine and authentic hospitality were the most remarkable. Beatrice and her mother could not have made us feel more like family and not simply renter-guests. We are only one day removed from the tender sea breeze embrace of Salina and already feeling the pull to return. I cannot imagine an Aeolian stay anywhere else as glorious as Appartmento Maria Teritza. If AirBnB gave lifetime achievement awards to hosts, Beatrice and her family should be at the very, very top of the list. So many heartfelt thanks from myself, Kirsten, and of course Dinky!

We had a brilliant time at this villa, perched on the hill overlooking the beautiful bay and Canneto town. Nice and close to Spiagge bianche - one of Lipari's best beaches - as well as the Canneto township which is in walking distance.

The appartement is original given its multi level design and the shared roof top terrace. It is perfectly located between a beach (Spiaggia di Portinente) as well as the marina (where the tour boats leave) and the main street with all its restaurants, bars, and cafes. We got a lot of very good tips for eating out and the best arancini in town. Very much recommended!

Both the location is the flat were great! We had a rooftop terrace with a view on the sea and the flat was exactly as described (better looking even than on the pictures). Francesco welcomed us straight at the ferry port in Lipari and helped us to find the bus to Canetto (which by the way is a very convenient service with frequent shuttles back and forth). He showed us around the flat, informed us about the neighborhood and offered to show us around the island if we'd wanted to. Best feature of the place is probably that it's 50 meters from the beach literally! Also there's a supermarket very close which makes it convenient to cook when we did not want to eat out. All in all a great experience in the aeolian islands!

I immediately felt comfortable! The accommodation is located in a small, sweet alley and is in a quiet area, but still very central. I didn't miss anything and I will definitely come back! It was simply fantastic and worth every penny! I loved my stay here! 🥰 Thanks to Alessandra for the great info and flexible check-in!

LIPARI May 18 to 22 We had a lovely stay. The apartment is small but very cute and it has all the necessary amenities for our stay. What was very appreciated is that we had a pasta meal and a bottle of wine waiting for us for our first dinner. We were greeted by Rebecca who helped us carry our luggage to the apartment. A small beach is close to the apartment and if you get up early enough you can admire the sunrise. It was wonderful. Patrizia the owner answered all our questions and offered us the taxi for free from the port to the apartment on our arrival. Grocery store close by and many restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Federica was super helpful, kind and very responsive to our requests. We loved Salina and being at Federica’s place was super convenient and the perfect base for discovering the island.

As you enter the property you come across and delight in the garden's orange trees, all very well equipped . Amália is kind, corresponds quickly to doubts, we had a great stay to Lipari. I highly recommend it.

Very good apartment outside the noise of the main streets. Giuseppe provided everything and very fast. Highly recommend. Would stay there again.

Nando is a wonderful man and host. You will likely be met by him at the ferry dock, and he is extremely kind and helpful. His house is beautiful, with exceptional views. The guest rooms on the lower level are comfortable but very basic. Please note there is no AC, and the August heatwave made the room pretty hot indeed, but there is a powerful and quiet ceiling fan. Staying at Nando’s would not be so practical without transport of some kind. We loved Nando and Lipari and really highly recommend staying here.

There are those who do the host and who are. Adriana is. It was like visiting a friend who offers you the house and all her local knowledge. She always responded in a few minutes by spontaneously and not just in response to our questions. She resolved several issues for us, wanted to greet us personally (even if there was self check-in) and then also for checkout she came to say goodbye. He recommended the beaches by differentiating them according to their characteristics so that we could choose the most appropriate. She also gave us tips about Salina despite being Lipari's. He recommended a place where we ate very well (even the dish to be taken) and where they also gave us the discount on his behalf. He added a fifth bed making us choose even if we preferred the sofa bed or an inflatable bed (very comfortable). In these cases, there is only one sentence to describe our experience: Simply the best! Thank you so much for everything Adri!

Our stay was short but we had a good time in Giuseppe's accommodation. It is very well located in Lipari, in a quiet and pleasant alley. Our host was friendly and flexible with our schedules in relation to the boats. We recommend it.

We were guests of Paolo in the beautiful Lipari. The location of the house is great, you can easily get around downtown, it is close to several restaurants and bars. Very clean and cozy environments, very large spaces. We felt at home . We really recommend Paolo's solution who will know how to be kind and welcoming as he was with us.

I went at the end of September for the first time to Lipari, a beautiful island! The apartment is in a wonderful location, just a few minutes drive from downtown. The apartment was super clean, spacious,with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Mr. Luigi and his very kind family, both in picking us up at the port, although we arrived very late at night, and in giving us information. So I recommend going to Villa Hermes for your vacation in Lipari.

Absolutely amazing host! And I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again. Eleonora was a great host and very friendly. The place is clean and tidy within g walkable distance to the city centre. It was perfect for me.

We were afraid after reading the bad review already on the site, but we still have to go. We were excited about our choice: Osvaldo and his wife are two delicious and helpful people. They came to take us to the port and offered us various services, which unfortunately we were unable to use since we had only one night left. The bungalow has a beautiful view, and was very clean upon our arrival. The next morning we also had a beautiful buffet. If you happen to stop by Lipari, we recommend it. We hope to be back soon:)

Osvaldo and Simona's welcome and hospitality were impeccable! The room was very confortable and recently refurbished. The apartment is an excellent location near the centre, and the view from the patio is stunning! Osvaldo provided us with a lot useful information about how to move around and reach the main places of interest (natural landmarks, but also historical and archeological sites) as to allow us to truly discover the island by means of both hidden hiking routes and main viewpoints! Absolutely recommended!

We had a nice stay at the apartment. We were provided fresh lemons and medlars from the garden which was great! We loved the jasmine scent that wafted in the sea breeze each day. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for our belongings. The kitchen space is small and limited but we cooked many meals at home. The tv was large and modern. The pool was set up in mid May and we enjoyed lounging around the pool area. Cannetto is the best place to stay on Lipari and the location of the apartment is right in the middle of the bay and only a few blocks up the hillside. The island is gorgeous and we loved exploring the beaches, volcanoes, and cute towns.
