As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

SeaBeast Condo of Neskowin is an oceanfront 3rd floor within Proposal Rock Inn. 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo with private balcony located within the small town of Neskowin, OR. Queen bed in the bedroom with private bath, as well as a queen Murphy bed in the living room. It is clean and well-maintained. Majority of unit updated in 2023, with some dated aspects (Proposal Rock Inn was built in the 70's after all). Within walking distance to Neskowin Beach, a great restaurant and small store.

A spacious bedroom is presented with a large bed featuring a light-colored quilt adorned with coastal motifs. Nightstands with lamps flank the bed, while a wall-mounted clock and framed artwork enhance the decor. Natural light filters through a nearby window with a simple blind.
