This Airbnb was perfect for me. The room itself offered everything needed. Comfy full bed, private shower and restroom, it's own refrigerator, microwave, large cabinet with lot's of room, a work desk, coffee maker, ceiling fan and it's own air conditioner/heater. to enter the property you will receive your very own passcode to enter the front gate and your room which is different from the other guest staying here. Which gave me the feeling of added security. Sasan was great. Very attentive and helpful. He responded immediately if I had a question or concern. I had no issues with the room what so ever so there was hardly a reason to have to reach out to him. He was very friendly and courteous. Respectful of my privacy. He also invited me over for meals! Sasan is a great person all the way around. I highly recommend this Airbnb to everyone and anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. I rate this a 10 out of 10!

Sara's place was just as described in the listing & pictures, perfect for my wife and I during our month-long visit. The suite is thoughtfully laid out with a useful kitchen (including dishwasher), comfortable living area with TV, in-unit washer & dryer, and even a small outdoor patio area. The location was quite accessible to local stores and restaurants and the 101 freeway. Sara was super responsive in all her communication, even bringing over some extra kitchen items for us to cook. The air conditioning was both effective and quiet (July does get toasty in SoCal.) Would definitely recommend both the space as well as Sara as a host!

This was by far one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Victor and Holly were incredibly thoughtful and responsive hosts, always quick to answer questions and genuinely kind. I really appreciated the small touches like the oatmeal sachets and coffee - they made my first day feel so much more comfortable. I felt extremely safe here, which can be rare for me in LA, especially as a woman traveling alone. I absolutely loved the patio area and going on walks around the neighborhood. I’d definitely stay here again and can’t recommend it enough!
