This place is great and the hosts are amazing. Very well thoughtful additions to the Airbnb like snacks, cold drinks, coffee, and don’t forget the cookies waiting when you arrive. The house is super clean and private and exactly what we were looking for. Would stay there again without hesitation!

We have stayed in dozens of home. This ranks up there in the top 5, but the host is #1. What set him above the rest? I asked for an early check in. He said he would need to get back to me as the previous guest will be checking out the morning we are arriving. He advised that he put a reminder in his phone. Friday morning arrived and I didn’t need to follow up with him, he followed up with me just as he said he would do. That kind of follow through is HUGE! I am very happy with Jay! The place was immaculate, penthouse decor. Picture perfect!

It was a great location and very quiet. Perfect for a weekend getaway and close enough to things but also out of the city. The large shower was amazing and Kelly was such a sweet and kind host. I definitely recommend!

The instructions were so clear there was never a need to contact the host. Everything was as described. Photos were accurate. Great private location. Great place to stay if you want to explore the surrounding area - do much to do.

Nice stay and Kay was a great host. We had some trouble with the entry keypad but the hosts were very helpful. The place was clean and had the necessary items for us to make use of the kitchen. Some thoughtful touches too.. Overall a good stay!

Very clean and spacious home. The area is quiet and peaceful. The house was perfect for all 5 five of us. It’s a nice get away from the big city. Best part was greeting the deer early in the morning. Bill was a great host and very communicative. I will definitely look into securing one of his properties if we find ourselves back in town. Thank you again, Bill!

Amazing place to stay away from new branfuels but close enough to enjoy everything around the area !!! Loved it clean helpful lots to do with in the property, and will come back once again.

Our stay at Jody' place was everything we could have wanted and more. Jody was super sweet about the special occasion (meeting my birthson for the first time in 18 years!) and the place was beyond well-appointed with just about every creature comfort we could have needed and a refreshingly welcoming vibe. We enjoyed sharing meals, laughter, games, conversations, music, books, coffee on the comfy chairs in the backyard area, and even some R&R in the hot tub. This will definitely go back on my roster for any future gatherings and/or travel in the future. 15/10 recommend!

Place was cozy, very nice view, and very clean. Overall plenty of parking, perfect spot in between San Antonio and Austin. Pool was perfect temperature and clean, hot tub as well. Will be coming back for sure.

Sasha house is great for a family vacation seeking to have a relaxed time away for the city and the pollution it is such a nice view she has from the balcony and the house has everything to feel right at home. Sasha is professional and very responsive would definitely recommend this place of you are seeking a peaceful relaxed vacation. lots of small town near by that has lots of water activities and hiking trails

Beautiful house inside and out. Snacks and water available upon arrival, which made our long drive and late night arrival more bearable (our kiddos were thankful). Cute outdoor area with games, comfy seating, and deer corn to feed the adorable deer who visited us every day. Charming secluded area with trees all around. Gorgeous modern decor and super cool shower in the main bedroom. Hosts thought of everything!

The unit was very clean. It had everything we needed. We loved the deck in the back of the house. Very peaceful, relaxing, like sitting in a large tree house with the trees around us. Russell was very responsive to any questions we had.

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

We had a wonderful stay at Cannon’s place. The location is fantastic with easy and quick access to Barton Springs pool and trails. The studio has all the necessary amenities, is quiet and secure , and has a convenient local store next door. Perfect for a long weekend. Would book again.

This was our second time staying at this AirBnB and I can’t recommend this place enough. The host is always prompt to respond and very helpful!

My daughters and I stayed in Roy's beautiful home for 11 nights while in town from Alabama for Math Camp. Everything about our experience was absolutely wonderful. Roy is responsive, attentive, understanding and caring. His home is exactly as described and tastefully decorated with all the Texas charm! We arrived very late on the first night but when I woke up and pulled back the curtains in the living room, we were met with a family of deer. Just past the deer was the gorgeous view of Canyon Lake. Our hearts were full!! We prepared many meals in the kitchen. Every appliance I needed was there, which was a pleasant surprise because I'd forgotten to inquire about that before booking. There is PLENTY to do in the immediate area as well as surrounding towns/cities. If you'd prefer to just relax, that's more than possible as well. Simply sitting out enjoying the sun set with the animals approaching the patio for treats is perfectly peaceful!! The neighbors are all kind too!!!

Home was as described with river access and the perfect location! We enjoyed floating the river and hanging out at the river in front of the home. Home was clean and had all the amenities listed. Host was friendly and communicated well and explained checkin and checkout clearly. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much ♥️
