Holiday rentals with beach access in Caorle

The accommodation was great - very clean and the location to the sea really great. Maurizio is a great host and was always available. Upon arrival, there were even a few drinks and snacks on site, great if you arrive later and can't shop anymore. The large covered balcony is also great, as we had some rain on the first day and the children could still play outside. :-) We were completely satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back. :-)

Nicolo's apartment is perfect. Everything is well thought out, nothing is missing. The decor is understated, quite suitable for an Airbnb. Very good location, both for access to the beaches and to visit Venice. Nicolo is responsive, everything went very well, thank you.

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores points with a private parking space on the property — right in front of the door. The apartment is on the first floor and also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once there, you can expect an immaculately clean, tastefully decorated accommodation where you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets – and even the beach is just a jump away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with fantastic views, quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We've all fallen in love with this place-the perfect place to start and end the day relaxed. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive host who can always be reached. Thank you! We will be back for sure😊. A beautiful, historical place with modern facilities. Most spots are within 15 minutes of walking distance. This place allows a unique venetian experience. I could watch gondolas come and go all day long.

The best location in Iran with a balcony that is completely private

Very pleasant stay at Vesna's. Very well-equipped house in a great environment. We really appreciated the small gifts offered by the family, eggs, beers, a bottle of champagne and a cheese and cold cuts tasting tray. We also had very warm exchanges. Everything was perfect.

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

Perfect home to stay

Everything was great, the place was nice, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The house and the yard are very nice. Comfortable access to the yard with a car, plenty of parking. Patricia is friendly and helpful, all recommendations for accommodation and hosts. We spent a wonderful time in Lido di Jesolo. A big hello to Patricia. We will recommend to friends and come again if the opportunity arises.

It was all tip top. Fast check-in even though we were too early. Completely unproblematic communication. Accommodation as described - modern, clean, completely sufficient for 3-4 people. The beach was a 10-minute walk away. Our daughter also beamed when she discovered the trampoline in the garden!

Beautiful apartment, in a very quiet location. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, everything is taken care of in detail. Unfortunately, there aren't many places open in Burano in the evening, so it would have been better to arrange to dine at home. With children, you have to be careful with the staircase, which is a bit exposed. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely two days. The accommodation is as described, spacious and clean and the service was great, but above all we thank Stefania for her availability and patience with our very lively little dog Joey!

This landlord really deserves to be 100% the Airbnb guest favorite. Super large, clean and lovingly furnished terraced house. Everything is great!!! Only two streets to the shopping street and beach. Very quiet as it is a cul-de-sac. Thank you very much Stefania and Adelio.

We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully furnished, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

great place and super friendly host

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! Everything wonderful and great location! The private beach is an absolute bonus! Germania was always available and always responded. All without problems, we would come back! Thank you. Amazing balcony apartment in Venice, it is our first time to visit Italy and it makes an unforgettable memory here. You can sit on the wood deck to enjoy the sun, and having beer at evening time. It is easy to access to different location by walking and enjoy the view in Venice.

Really enjoyed Marta’s place. She was very considerate and accommodated our needs after a long haul flight from Australia. The flat has a real charm as it integrates modern amenities architecturally with an a very old building. Whisper quiet yet close to the action of Canneregio. Close to train station and a manageable walk to San Marco and the sights. 👍

The location was exceptional. Not to mention the condo itself. Every detail of the place was exquisite and the history and architecture were beautiful. Everything was immaculately clean and in its place. The information she has available online in the book was invaluable. I am extremely grateful for the assistance we received with the transfer, which I had trouble with, not them. They went above and beyond to help and made it happen. It was a trip of a lifetime and I would do it all over again.
