The apartment is very spacious and is located on the ground floor, with everything very conveniently equipped. The apartment was really excellent clean. We were pleased upon arrival with cozy additional amenities, such as a small refrigerated basic supply, also a bottle of Prosecco, a homemade cake…. not to forget the cosmetic tissues, shower bath. Simply great! The communication was very good, trusting and helpful with tips on, for example, activities, shopping. A very caring landlady, who is very concerned about a pleasant stay for her guests. We felt absolutely comfortable, happy to come back.

The hosts were very kind and helpful, we had a good time! The apartment is clean, tidy, perfectly equipped, and everything was as described. The only surprise was the unfriendly plot, which you can't see in the pictures. In the rooms facing the road, it's hard to sleep with the windows open at night due to the noise of traffic, but next to the lands, the air cools more at night than in the city. Overall, I would recommend the stay to others, very comfortable for families!

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Thank you, Nello! We had a great time in Guia.. the accommodation was very clean, we have rarely seen it like that before. The laundry smelled great, the kitchen was equipped for really all needs, the entire apartment shone, everything was available for a small fine breakfast, the mobile air conditioner did what it should and the view from the balcony to the vineyards was simply fantastic. Everything just fit, Nello was always available and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Great AirBnB with everything you could need. Lots of thoughtful touches and extras by the host Stefania who was so welcoming and went the extra mile. We felt very comfortable with enough privacy but Stefania was always on hand straight away if we needed anything. Everything was very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped and the garden is lovely for dining, sunbathing and kids playing.

We stayed 2 nights and everything was really perfect. Giuseppe is a wonderful, friendly and easy-going person, he directed us on how to get around and where to eat. The area is really very quiet and peaceful, and just 15 minutes by car you are in Jesolo and Lido di Jesolo. I highly recommend this accommodation if you want to spend days in total relaxation and tranquility ☺️

Great apartment and very helpful host! Everything is very new

We were very happy with the accommodation and Alessandro as hosts. Plenty of space and everything you need for a vacation rental. A highlight is the very large balcony terrace. The property is very close to the beach. Approximately 5 minutes on foot. There are numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity and also smaller supermarkets. The location was really great. Alessandro is a super friendly and nice host. He was always very quick to respond to questions and was very helpful. It was very important to him that we feel comfortable during our stay.

The apartment in Susegana has everything you need, and the hosts even provide more than necessary. The area is quiet and the ground floor location makes the apartment super comfortable. Paola was very friendly and was able to accommodate our needs. Also recommended for the quality/price ratio.

Recommended! Very nice accommodation, completely renovated and only recently opened. Accommodation is run by a friendly family, beautiful family business. Nice concept with the apartments, where you can use the swimming pool. In addition, they also have a bistro where you can go for breakfast, lunch and dinner (great menu). Stella also provided us with good tips for the region (outings and restaurants). Very helpful and good communication. Tip, ask for the museum on the property. Worth taking a look.

This apartment is pure magic. From the moment we walked in, we were swept away by the stunning view of the canal right outside the windows- it felt like a painting come to life. The space perfectly blends old-world Venetian charm with modern art and thoughtful comforts. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the delicious Nespresso that started our mornings to the wonderfully comfortable beds and cool AC that gave us a welcome break from the humidity. What truly sets this stay apart, though, is the exceptional service provided by Ilaria. In over a decade of using Airbnb, I’ve never experienced such warm, professional, and attentive hosting. Her local recommendations were spot-on, and she went above and beyond by arranging private water taxis to and from the train station—an absolute game-changer, especially with young kids in tow. We will absolutely be back and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Venice. Highly, highly recommend.

This place is crazy beautiful! We had a great time. The unite is amazing and the sauna on a patio is top bonus. Beautiful sea views. Everything was perfect. Very peaceful community, great beach club with pools too.

Absolutely beautiful place with an even more wonderful host! The view from the window is absolutely breathtaking — waking up to it every morning felt like a dream. Our boys enjoyed waving to the passing boats every day from our giant windows! Cristina is incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and truly a pleasure to communicate with. She stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying everything, and she went above and beyond to help with any arrangements we needed. The apartment is simply great, you have everything you need!

I would give this place a 6 out of 5 if I could! This place is the best we stayed in during our Italy visit. It has a stunning canal overview and is located in a more peaceful and less crowded part of Venice, but still offers access to the touristy areas. The interior is amazing: very comfortable with all amenities. The hosts, Nicolo and Anna, had kindly prepared a variety of snacks and drinks upon our arrival. At some point they went out of their way to travel from out of town to give us a spare key when we were locked out. I'd love to come back to the same place whenever I visit Venice in the future.

It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I have ever spent with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all needs, in addition to a wonderful view. You feel different and wonderful at the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli. One of the best stays ever. There was everything and Emanuele was very helpful and gave all the instructions. He also surprised us with an amazing welcome gift. Didn't feel like going back! Overall best!

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

Great location, clean, cozy apartment with a nice and functional balcony, enough space to accommodate things and relax in general. The sea is 5 minutes away, all within walking distance. The hosts of the apartment are very kind and friendly, helped to resolve a couple of questions, in a matter of minutes. I liked everything so much that we would like to go back there again, but already in the warmer time, for the beach season. Thank you! ☺️
